Reed’s POV
I was frozen, not knowing what to do. I knew we shouldn’t have been so careless, but I was greedy and wanted to spend this time alone with Melody. Now it could jeopardize the plans we were making. “What does that prick want?” Benne growled in irritation, bringing me back to reality. “-I don’t know. I don’t see why he would need me right now. Couldn’t he just call me? Why did he come all the way out here?-”
I slowly untangled myself from Melody. She stirred slightly and I tucked the blanket around her a bit more. “-What are we going to do, Benne?” I asked as I sat up in my bed sighing. “Can we just ignore him?” I laughed. If only we could ignore him, but I didn’t think that would be an option.
“Earth to Reed?” Dawson's voice entered my mind once more.
“Yes Dawson?”
