The orders of the glass bottles that we had ordered trickled in as crates of the 50s were being stored in the 3rd warehouse. Since the 4th warehouse was being used for the assembly of the STM, we had decided to leave the production alone.
The girls whom I intended to promote as Plant Managers and shareholders of Fasuto Japan KabushikiGaisha had not registered themselves as residents of Kitakata yet and were made to do so at the Registrar Office. All of them were considered as friends and all were registered as domiciled in Jiyu Residence.
At last, the 6 girls were officially recognised as residents of Kitakata. All 12 of us went to the Treasury Department, and I opened up my proposal for the head treasurer to add the names that were present to be the beneficiaries of Fasuto Japan KabushikiGaisha and only limit the withdrawals to either Hiko-sama or me.
I had made a draft shareholders certificate and had it been made into proper in Recto Shop and had brought the 12 certificates for the head of the treasurer to verify. Upon verification, a notarized stamp was imprinted under the name of the issuer and all witnesses bore either signature or thumbprint on the bottom of the certificates.
All 11 of them had never dreamed of owning a piece of Fasuto Japan KabushikiGaisha and I explained to them that without their pioneering involvement with this corporation, nothing would be possible and achievable. I went on to narrate endlessly and the head treasurer was moved to tears when he heard the super long tale that I had spun like Spiderman's web.

The decision is final and there was no way I would revert what I had intended to do. Hiko-sama decided to close his savings account and pool it into the corporation and the execom members also did the same.
They had added about 2,000 of their savings into it, and even if their sums were rather insignificant, but the most important is that the thoughts and actions that count.
They told me that there is no need for such money except for a few bundles of gold coins for their personal use. I reminded everyone that I had float cash of about 4,000 more and if they wished to use them, they could ask from me and I would gladly part with it.
The sales trickled in, more money had been pooled into our float cash and the sum in the corporate account slowly piled up. They had never imagined that over the last few months we had amassed a wealth that is equivalent to half of the trading district earnings put together in a month. Within the next few days, there was a lot of progress on both sides of the land and when everything was cleared, a group of workers began to take our blueprints and mark out the necessary changes they need to make for the construction of 3 warehouses, quad outhouses and also open-air sheltered meal areas.
Men were bustling around on the grounds and it was a sight to hold as the foundations for the warehouses and other secondary buildings were laid out. The members of the execom had not much to for the past week and went to patrol the outposts and make sure their welfare was being taken care of.
There are several empty warehouses for the projects that had not been implemented. So what are your plans in the future? Do you still want to continue the progress for Cosmetics and beauty? Your idea on pomade and 'Pinatt Subata' would only commence when the warehouse is ready."
"Previously you wanted to produce 'Bodiroshon' but because certain materials are not available, it was shelved right? Maybe you can put it back into trial production, that means you have 3 projects on hand that would commence soon."
"Yes, Sensei... It is a good idea and we can start on it when the new warehouses are up. As the meantime, why don't we go to the glassblower factory and the Potter and see if they can process us a bottle with a cap? I would do some research as well for the Bodiroshon and Pomade."
After we had settled our matters at the garden, we walk ahead to the trading district where the Potter and the glassblowers' factory were situated.

We had reached the pottery and peered in, asking for the manager. He came and welcomed us to his showroom and was offered a seat to discuss the upcoming project for them.
"So what can I for you, gentleman. Would you like to place the same orders or you would take a look at other designs?"
"Kind owner, we would like to order the porcelain ware that we were been supplied by your fine factory. It would be of the same design but there is a change for the product. Here it looks like and we would like to order these at the same quantity..."
I showed the owner of the top view of the cover of the porcelain ware and the top was 'Fasuto Japan' and in the centre was in 'POMADE', while the bottom would be 'KabushikiGaisha'.
"Ah, this would be quite easy since I would follow the same design as your Hamigachiko and only change it to 'POMADE' instead. The same price for the same quantity I reckon?"
"Yes, that's right. You may start delivering in a week. There's no hurry because the warehouse is not ready yet. It would be ready by next week and fully functional by the next few days. We just need to get everything ready before we start."
"That's good planning, Masters. We're sure you have a good understanding of handling matters at hand."
We thanked him and went to the glassblowers' factory next. When we reached there, we asked for the manager and was ushered to the showroom that we had been the other day.
The manager stood up from his armchair and invited us to sit across him."What can we do for you, this time Master's? Your glassware for the 'Pinatt Subata' is ready by the crates. When would you like us to deliver them?"
"Ah... That's good, kind sir. You may deliver them by next week then. If possible deliver them daily so that our products would not cease since we operate 24 hours a day. How many glass container as such could your men produce?"
"I guess they could produce one every 5-8 minutes and we will deploy our full manpower to handle the orders so that we can complete the orders that you had placed."
"That's good. Look, we need to order another 100,000 pieces each based on a new design. May we take a look at your samples?"
"Sure, come right this way..." the owner ushered us to his products display and I saw what I needed for the following product: A glass container with a cover that resembles closely to the Pomade and Hamigachiko.
Then another square bottle for dispensing alcohol but it was a litre in liquid capacity. I held the two glassware and brought to him.
"I need 100,000 of this and have it imprinted on top. Could you tell me the price? Also these square bottle with a glass stopper. I need it to be between 250-300 millilitres of content. There would be 2 separate brandings. Could you kindly tell me the price as well?
After discussing the prices as well as the added designs, we had concluded and confirms the order for these items.
The first glassware with a cover had the same corporate name and in the middle was branded as 'Sengan Ryo' of facial cleanser. The second that also bears the corporate name was branded as the 'BodiRoshon' or Body Lotion and another was branded as 'Basu Kosui' or Bath Perfume.
I opened up my sketchpad and checked the types of products that were being produced:

A total of 12 production lines could be run simultaneously since we were handling the Refined Steel, which makes 1 spare warehouse or factory on the grounds. I intended to have an empty warehouse since we could use that as a training ground to educate the workers, or hold our corporate meetings there with them.
We could at least perform a plant shutdown once a month so we can gather everyone and have a big family meeting. However, the guards posted along the trade would not be able to attend as their duties are important to ensure the safety of travellers and merchants.
The warehouse that we intend to leave it empty would be the one within our home ground where we can churn out Refined Steel like nobody's business. Hahaha...
We thanked the owner and had gotten quite a deal for the glass bottles and pomade container and paid a small deposit. They would be processing the orders and sending the finished products to our warehouse. Since they had a big order, they somehow had to outsource and send it to them.
No matter how they do it, it would be impossible to do it alone and since I know nuts about pottery or glassmaking, I am unable to visualise it and made them. Too bad too sad, little Sam can't make these in the Realm of Mind... Boo...Hoo... Hoo!
