C021 Hold Your PISS...Eh, Hold Your Peace

"I had confirmed with all 8 residents about their forced relocation. They won't mind as they preferred to stay back here." I then explain their plans and we're happy that this village would soon blossom into a town." "I can see that you are a born leader. I can't even move freely as my guards would be on my tail now and then. I can't even breathe or even fart properly when they are around." "It's hard being in my position as everything is monitored so I could maintain a high stature in this position. I wish I could be like you guys without any care or whatsoever on this world." Just then one of the 'aunties' came over and asked, "Young Master, will His Excellency and his men are staying for dinner?" "Of course he is staying for dinner. He wants to savour the fine cuisine that you had been whipping for the employees of Fasuto Japan KabushikiGaisha and how he wished to be commoner like us." I replied with a smile and had forced the Mayor and his men to stay for dinner. "By the way, what's your menu for dinner tonight?" "Young Master, we are serving steamed rice, squid in black ink and chives, Kushikatsu and fishball soup with mustard vegetables and baby sweet corn." "Ah, must be someone request today." "That's right, Young Master. It's a 2 person's request. Be right back while I serve dinner." she bowed and left. A few minutes later a large bowl or fishball soup came with the rest of the dishes and steamed rice. "Itadakimasu" we blessed the food before us and began to eat. "What do you feel when you eat among the commoners like us?" "Young man, your meals is better than mine and its fit for a King." "Yup, King Sin, the young proprietor of Jambalaya Restaurant that I had sold my recipes of the Authentic Hainanese Chicken Rice and PaddThai for 500,000 Philippines Pesos." I thought to myself as I had shown a full demonstration and then guided their head chef on how to prepare it and correcting the procedures. It was a 6 hours ordeal in the kitchen just how complicated the process was. After the Mayor had eaten his dinner with us and the Imperial Guards had theirs too, he excused himself as he wanted to leave when he suddenly let out a long, loud burp. "If you are not allowed to fart anyhow, how about burping? Is it the same as well as farting through the other end?" The execom members heard me and they laughed hysterical again which means the Mayor had a foul mouth but luckily the Mayor never fully understand it and laughed along which made the men laughed even louder. The Mayor soon stood up and the Imperial Guards came to us, bowed and thank us for the hospitality. "Your Excellency, if you're tired of eating food in the Castle, come over anytime and join us for lunch or dinner here." I casually invited the mayor and he nodded and said he will, next time. We bowed to him and he bowed back and let out a fart... There it goes... Mustard gas! Hahahahaha..... He was soon surrounded by the Imperial Guards and soon marched out and went back. I took the decree, land title deeds and the blueprint for the 4 plot and land. After looking at it I passed to the rest of the men. They were amazed at what I could do at a tender age of 11 and instead of going to school, decides to open a corporation and turn it into an empire! With just a short discussion, we had easily secured 4 plot of land free of charge for our corporation, and the residents that were involved with the forced relocation were compensated well enough. By the name of Fasuto Japan KabushikiGaisha, we were suddenly thrown into the limelight and was highly favoured by His Majesty. Our corporation's name spread like an uncontrolled wildfire throughout neighbouring Prefecture and through His Majesty, every village, town, cities would be dealing business with us due to Hus Majesty's mention. I can't help it but mention "God Bless Fasuto Japan KabushikiGaisha!" and the men chorused. All we need to do is make regular deposits and let the amount in it grow. Once the new warehouses are erected and a new production line is in place, it would be a start of a new industrialisation era for Fasuto Japan KabushikiGaisha and the girls from Jiyu Residence would be promoted to Plant Managers. Once it is in full swing, Hiko-sama, the 4 Regional Managers, the new Plant Managers and I would all hold shares in the corporation. Hiko-sama would hold a 58% shares, I will hold 10% shares, each Regional Manager a 5% shares while the Plant Managers 2% shares each. I would make a deed and have it notarized in the Treasury. At the meantime, the beneficiaries in the corporate account book would all have their names in it and a deed of a compiled name list would be handed to the Treasury for safekeeping. An individual shares allocation would be made with each name and the shares indicated in them and it would also be notarized by the Treasury. I had plans, BIG plans and it would be beneficial with the benefactors if Fasuto Japan KabushikiGaisha. Anyone disagree can write in our forum and if everyone agrees, please remain and forever hold your peace... Not that PISS but P-E-A-C-E. I sat there thinking this is the tight and only way to show my appreciation to those who had served Fasuto Japan KabushikiGaisha in a selflessly and determined positive attitude. Even though it started from scratch or simply smelting weapon parts until the while ground was cleared from any metal parts and also the crappy junk from the head of building and construction. From nothing we have something and Fasuto Japan KabushikiGaisha would rise from the cauldrons of molten steel! =*= For a week, ever since the decree from the Emperor had been passed down, there had been quite a lot of activities of relocation from the 4 plots of land from both sides of the corporation. The head of building and construction had been summoned to first allocated the new plot of land for the residents that had chosen to stay back in Kitakata Village. The land had been marked accordingly and pipings from the sewer and aqueduct had been placed. All 4 relocated residents took the opportunity for the free of property tax and building costs and they all opted to build a 2 storey house on their new plot of land. The 4 residents also took advantage of the opportunity to plan of setting up a loo pond and some trees within their compound and have either a swing set, stone garden furniture or a picnic table. They also planned to install a small Barbequed area where they could enjoy making their yakiniku or Barbequed chicken wings. I had nothing much to do at the moment besides making small batches of Refined Steel in the Realm of Mind and adding it to the storage of our first warehouse. The stock of Refined Iron had slowly dwindled and the two wagons of junk had been pushed out of the warehouse to be utilised when the need arises. The head of building and construction was happy to receive such projects from the government again and he was excited when he knew that this village will expand. The next few months would be a busy month for him as he and several government officials were there to mark out a new plot of lands for development. I told him that once the relocation of residents had been completed and their buildings were move-in state in the next week, it would be time to start the building and construction of the 12 warehouses, outhouses, an open-aired sheltered seating area for the employees to have their meals and also a place for the cooks to prepare the daily meals. I told him the building and construction for the 4 New plot of land would be similar to the setup that he had done on our latest project. And since we had managed to acquire the land for free, the building and construction would be borne by us. It was a small price to pay for the planned 12 warehouses for the expansion plans of Fasuto Japan KabushikiGaisha and its planned 600 more employees. After watching the groundbreaking ceremony and the basic foundation for the 2-storey houses that would be built in the new plot of land, I went back to my garden and took out my sketchpad. Everything that had been running smoothly without any hiccups except for an incident or two for a girl to have her hair singed when lighting a rocket stove and another girl who had her fingers scalded due to her handling hot wax. She must be thinking of her boyfriend and what he would do to her the coming night. I went in to check with the employees and they were excited that they would have a dedicated warehouse and their production line to work with. It is not going to be shared and it is going to be full-scale operations once the new warehouses have been built. By this time, we had planned and executed the erection of more outpost in the passageway of the connecting towns and cities of Tochigi and had even employed more guards and cavalrymen to support the wellbeing of travellers and merchants plying that routes. The forks in the roads had been blocked and had been disused as it did not improve on the journey's timing and since it was the initial mode of travel before the roads had been covered with potholes, making the journey of wagons and carriages to be more dangerous. We had a better and more understanding relationship with the mayor and he had been frequenting our place for dinner and supper. We had built such bonded camaraderie atmosphere that it was unbelievable that this was the same snobbish mayor that had invaded Fasuto Japan KabushikiGaisha some 2 months ago. A formal letter to the Blacksmith Alliance in Aizuwakamatsu, Yonezawa and Shibata had been deployed, stating that the supply of the Refined Iron would cease in the next few days since the Master of Forge Masters would be rolling out something better for their Alliance. The same news was conveyed to the Blacksmith Alliance of Tochigi Prefecture and was told to clear their stock and wares in 2 weeks. All the Blacksmith were overjoyed when they heard that a new revolutionary product would be introduced and they cleared off all the remaining finished product at a discount and yet with a profit too. Seems that everyone is eager to find out what the Master of Forge Master had in store for them. Once the news had been passed down, Hiko-sama and I had been diving to the Realm of Mind to prepare 2000 trays of Refined Steel each time per day. With the help of the automation system installed in the Realm of Mind, production of the Refined Steel had never been easier. However since the iron ores had more impurities than pig iron, the process was a bit longer as slag had to be removed totally from the smelting pot before being poured and moulded. By the end of the week, we had prepared almost 240,000 Refined Steel plates over 6 days, thanks to the continual supply from the miners of iron ores, coal and limestone that make it possible. If not for them, we would be facing a dead end and a sudden halt on our main source of income. The machine to make the 'Pinatt Subata' had arrived and it was indeed 3 to 4 times bigger than the model of blender that was shown by the owner of the kitchen supplies. We did a run dry and find that the operations were rather simple and not taxing even for a girl aged 10 to operate it. A single turn of the spindle would rotate the blades fins inside the so-called blender holder for about 24 RPM which was good enough.
