Alex's P.O.V
I get up the next morning for work. when I finish brushing my teeth and having my shower I decide to wear a black pantsuit with plain black heels
I leave my apartment and go towards my car. I arrive at the building 10 minutes later and head inside. Once I'm seated at my desk I sort out some paperwork that was left on my desk and the files on the computer.
As I am working, my friend Sasha who works as th he receptionist comes towards me.
"Hey did you hear?" She asks me
With a confused look on my face I ask "hear what"
"About the visit apparently it's Mr and Mrs Hawthrone son"
"Why and when is he coming ?" it's not like he actually works
"Well he's coming today and hhe'scoming because his father wants him to learn responsibility so he's giving him a trial to work here and if he isn't successful he is not going to get his inheritance"
I can't help but laugh, "That sucks but he kinda deserves it." It's about time he learns responsibility
"True. Hey I gotta go before Stacey comes and starts shouting at me"
Stacey is the office manager and she is the biggest b***h I have ever met and has got the worst attitude. The only thing she is good for here is flirting with good looking men.
The first thing that she will do when the Hawthorne's son gets here is trying to get in his pants.
"AAALLLEEEXXX" someone screams my name
And speaking of the devil here come Stacey
"Yes Stacey, I say with an annoyed look on my face
"Fix the attitude don't forget I'm in charge here"
"How could I ever forget", I say with the darkest smile I have ever done
"Good at least you know your place"
"Was there anything you needed" I ask her since she was just standing next time like a lost child
"Oh Yeah Mr and Mr Hawthorne's son will be arriving in the next five minutes so everyone needs to be normal around him and try not to annoy him okay"
"I understand you clearly"
"Good now don't f**k this up", she says and walks towards whatever she crawled out of.

"Wow someone's got their knickers in a twist", a work colleague called Josh says
That's even if she's wearing any" another work colleague called Cynthia says.
Everyone around us just starts to giggle.
Where I work, there are a lot of employees and I speak to all of them when I can or have to but I'm closest to Sasha, Josh and Cynthia. Since Sasha is the receptionist I usually have to make an excuse to go and see her or I wait until lunch
Since I've known Indigo since high school I introduced her to the three of them as soon as I started my job here.
I'm shaken out of my thoughts by Josh tapping my shoulder. "He's here", he says pointing towards the door
Walking towards everyone is Stacey with a Man inside a surrounding of bodyguards
I lean in towards Josh and Cynthia and whisper, "wow he must be very important to have bodyguards" they both just nod at me.
Stacey stops in the middle of the room and starts to introduce him, "Everyone this is Mr Hawthrone you are to help him adjust to the new surroundings and not get in his way for it will not be tolerated as he is the one in charge as from now onwards."
Mr Hawthrone steps in front of his security guard and to I am absolutely flabbergasted. I can't believe it.
His eyes finally land on mine and his expression turns just as shocked as mine.
