Blake's POV
I could not believe my eyes when I saw her. She looks stunning. Wait what am I thinking snap out of it blake, this is going to be a problem I am meant to stay away from her how can I do that if we are working at the same place.
It's only when the lady calls my name that realise I have been starting at Alex the whole time.
I turn my attention back to the woman who greeted me at the entrance. She is quite flirtatious with me and won't stop putting her hand on my shoulders. I like sleeping with women but I'm not desperate, however guessing by her appearance and attitude she might be (desperate).
"What did you say?" I ask her
"I was saying that these are most of the staff. Would you like me to take you to your office now?"
"Oh yeah I would like that"
"Right this way"
She leads me this luxurious office and I'm quite happy with it.
"This will be your office from now on if you need anything just use this phone and we'll have one of the staff bring it up "
"Thank you that will be all," I say
"Of course oh and-"
she starts to move her hand down my shirt and between my thighs
"-if you need any help with personal things you can just call me"
I grab both of her hands in mine and say "thank you but no thank you u don't f**k desperate women. I have standards and sorry to break it to you but you don't reach them"
She is absolutely flabbergasted at what I just said to her and she is quite embarrassed. probably because my security has been in here the whole time and heard our entire conversation
She seems almost hurt but I don't care.
"You can go now. Don't let the door hit you in your way out" I say while smiling
She just turns around and storms out the room
Just a few seconds later, my phone starts to ring and it turns out it's my dad
"Hello," I say when I answer the call
"Have you arrived at the office yet?" He asks me.
"Yh I have," I say
"So... What do you think about it? do you like it?" He ask
"It's nice," I say
"How about the staff are they treating you good?" he asks I go to think about Stacey and how she was treating me
"They are treating me very good," I say with a smirk
"Good. I expect you to be responsible while you're working there no messing around." He says
"Yeah I know," I say
"I hope I can trust you on this I don't want to find out you have ruined everything," he says
"Yeah I know," I say
"Oh and don't take them for advantage. You may be my son but don't try to use that when you are talking to them to get what you want" he says
"Of course I won't," I say
"Remember our deal you have a year to prove yourself to me that you can be responsible or else you don't get your inheritance and you won't take over the companies. So I make myself clear" he says
"Yes dad," I say
"Now speak with your mother," he says
"Hello Blake," my mum says
"Yes, mother?" I say
"Is everything okay there?" she says
"Yea it is" isay
"Good make sure you do all your work," she says
"Mum, I'm not In school anymore and stop treating me like a baby," I say
"I know I just don't want you to miss this up. Just be good ok" yeah I will
"Oh yeah and leave the women alone, don't have them running late on work because you want to use them for personal pleasure," she says.
I go to think about Alex how am I going to avoid her when she's just next door ill just have to stay in here and never come out until it's time for me to go home.
"Blake? Hello?" I hear as I snap out of my thoughts
"Uhh what did you say"
"I said do you understand what I am telling you," she says
"Yeah I do," I say
"Don't disappoint us?" she says
"I won't," I say
"This is your last chance," she says
"I know," I say and then she cuts the phone
They didn't even call me and say good luck or say that they love me all they wanted was an heir to the companies and unlucky me was born and they wonder why I act out.
Everyone thinks I'm this spoilt billionaire person who gets what he wants. Trust me I'm not all I wanted was for my parents to actually think of me as their son and not their inheritor
When I have kids I'm going to treat them how my parents never did. I'm going to be there for all of his/or birthdays and I'm going to love them.
