Annabelle nods and stands up as well. "Thank you, Mr. Hawthorne," she says, trying to keep her voice even. "I appreciate your time."

She turns and walks out of the office, feeling a mix of relief and anticipation. She walks over to the waiting area and takes a seat.While waiting, she takes a deep breath to calm herself down. She looks around the office and notices a few other people sitting in the waiting area, waiting for their interviews. She wonders who they are and what their impressions of Mr. Hawthorne are.As she waits, Annabelle pulls out her phone and checks the time. It's been about ten minutes since she spoke to Mr. Hawthorne, but it feels like it's been longer. She feels restless and anxious.As if on cue, a woman walks up to Annabelle. She's tall and dressed in a sharp business suit, with a professional air about her. She smiles politely at Annabelle and extends a hand.

"Hello," she says, "I'm Jessica, one of the Marketing team members. I'm going to be interviewing you for the assistant position."Annabelle looks up and sees the man who had given her a smile earlier. He's even more handsome up close, with sharp blue eyes and a killer smile. He walks over and stands next to Jessica, and Annabelle realizes that he's the other half of the interview team.

"Hi there," he says, giving her another smile. "I'm James, also one of the Marketing team members. We'll be interviewing you together. Shall we get started, Miss Harris?"

"Yes sir" she bows a little and stands up.

"Please come this way" The both led her into a room where the interview will be taking place .

James and Jessica lead Annabelle to a small meeting room with a table and chairs. They all take a seat, and James takes out a folder with her resume in it...The interview room is small and simple, with a table and chairs, and a whiteboard on the wall. James and Jessica sit across from Annabelle, going through her resume. They ask her about her experience and qualifications, and she does her best to answer professionally and confidently.As they interview her, Annabelle notices that James keeps glancing at her, and he seems to be paying close attention to her answers. She tries to focus on the questions and keep her answers professional, but she can't help but feel a little flustered under his gaze.When the interview was over, James and Jessica thanked her for her time and told her they'll be in touch. Annabelle stands up and shakes their hands, thanking them as well. As she walks out of the room, she feels a little nervous but also proud of herself for how she did in the interview.
