Liam had found his mate and was confused at what to do. He was looking at her and then would turn back to look at me. I would just give him this confused and perplexed look. I could tell he wanted to touch her and howl till he lost his breath but he stayed somewhat calm. She looked sad but wasn't scared anymore. Sapphire grabbed her hand and led her to the couch.

" Look at my Luna taking charge," I thought. Damn, I have to snap out of this.

"Are you okay," Sapphire asked her.

"Yes, thank you again for saving me," she said. Liam was listening attentively and then said

"Yes, thank you."

"No worries," Sapphire replied with such a kind smile. God, I just want to kiss her until she gets tired and then I would just move on to her neck and go lower and lower with each passing hour.

"We need you to tell us what you know," I said.

"Really," Sapphire said as she gave me a discontent look.

"No, it's ok," the girl spoke. "My name is Karin and I was a member of the River wolf pack. Yes, it was small but it once was the oldest pack in Asia. We use to have more members than now but much has happened to us over the years. My father was the beta before he died nine years ago. Our alpha also got sick and died four years ago and we left Asia as our numbers started to decline. He had no children and many of our males were older and had stopped shifting. No one ever became alpha until a year ago and by then we had only 25 members left including myself. I don't know why those vampires killed my pack but they were speaking to our alpha for days until she slit his throat in front of all of us and then started to s*******r everyone."

"I'm so sorry to hear that," Sapphire said.

"I don't get it, Jessica had to have some reason for choosing your pack," I said.

"Not the point Christian," Sapphire snapped at me. Damn, I love hearing her say my name.

"What is with me," I thought.

"Look, I'm sorry but we need to stop her and I know you want her dead after all this," I said.

"I don't want her dead. I am upset but I am not a killer nor do I wish anyone would think of such a thing," Karin said.

"Well, I want to kill her," Liam said.

"Me too," I said.

"I kinda have to kill her," Sapphire said through her adorable laugh.

"I know," Karin said.

"The River wolf pack is very old and has or had many written text about legends, wars and overall history about their pack and others," the vamp said.

"It's true, could there be something your alpha knew or had information on that would benefit Jessica," Sapphire said.

"I'm not sure," Karin answered.

"It's not like there is anything specific they had knowledge about. They have just lived long enough to have stories and had someone write it down," the bloodsucker said.

"Well, we will figure it out," Sapphire said.

"I will," I said. She looked upset again but I didn't care. I will keep her safe and now my beta's mate was involved. We will ensure this doesn't bring them any harm.

"Can you come with me for a moment?" Sapphire asked me. I followed her out to a balcony. She closed the door behind me and stood there looking at me. I was prepared for her rebuttal on the issue. To my surprise, she did not say anything about it.

"How did you find me?" she asked.

"I, um just closed my eyes and focused on our mate bond," I said.

"Really, wow and you found me," she said. " Nice going."

"Thanks," I said. I had fought the urge long enough. I closed the space between us and grabbed her waist. I leaned in closer and kissed her with so much force and passion I thought I would push her over. I held her upright with my hand on her back. She kissed me back and I immediately felt better. I had almost forgotten this feeling completely, happiness, and love. I stopped the kiss because I knew she was out of breath. She looked happy too which just made me grin. We walked back to the others and we began to prepare to leave.

"Karin is coming with us and you should too," I said. "Please, come with me."

"I agree, it is safer and better for her to be with her mate but I cannot go with you," she said. I got angry and stepped closer to her.

"I will make you if I have too," I said harshly. The vamp quickly got in front of me and pushed me back. This time it was easy for him because I wasn't concentrating. "Let's go!"

"No!" she shouted. I went to grab her by the arm but the vamp slapped it away.

"Please go before we have to make things worse," the vampire said.

"What are you trying to be cool for, she belongs to me," I said.

"Excuse you," she said. "Leave, now!" I walked up to her once more and she pushed the vamp to the side letting me pass.

"Come on," I said but she quickly grabbed my arm and twisted me and my body.

"Leave or I will make you wish you had left 5 minutes ago," she said angrily.

"Fine!" I growled. "Stay with your demonic zombie boyfriend."

"i***t," she snapped. I left and slammed the door leaving her and my pack behind. I shifted and ran back to our territory. I was pissed. Eventually that night I had decided to go out. I was angry and Liam having his mate around made it worse. This is why I had banned mates in the first place. I couldn't lose Liam though. I wouldn't just banish him like I did the rest. He has always stayed by my side through everything. He was my closest friend and finding another beta would be impossible. No one would be as loyal or strong.

I ended up at a bar. I had a few drinks and then got a few girls to flirt with. They all wanted me but all I could see was her. This is why I didn't want to open up the bond. I can't see clearly anymore and I want no one else. I tried to forget her face by kissing other girls but that only made me angrier. My wolf was upset as well. I wanted to leave but I couldn't move my feet. I felt one girl put her hand on my leg and slide it up to my zipper. I pushed her hand away but she just took it as a challenge. She kissed me and I got up from my bar stool. I was shocked and somewhat hurt. I took my rage and shouted "Let's go." None of them knew who I was talking to but all three ladies got up and followed me. We got to a gross looking motel room but none of them seemed to mind. I kissed the blonde one and the other two started to make out too. I sat on the bed and they all got undressed then came over and undressed me. The brown-haired one got on her knees and let my d**k out. She started to suck on it like her life depended on it. It was sloppy and not good at all. I was raging inside. The two other ones began to kiss me and each other. The pushed me onto the bed and the blonde took charge again. She got on top of me and straddled me. She began to ride my c**k like it was a mechanical bull. The other two were kissing me and kissing each other. They started to play with themselves in my line of sight but it's not like it brought me pleasure or happiness to see them. Within ten minutes my rage had reached it's boiling point. I leaned her down to kiss her with force. I then reached for her neck and choked her as if she was an enemy I had to dispose of. I was still kiss her and not letting any air escape her mouth. I could feel her life slipping away. It was taking to long so I just snapped her neck. I sat up and then grabbed the other two and slammed their heads together knowing I did it with such force I had to have cracked something. I left the three lifeless women on the bed and put my clothes back on. I made sure I had left no evidence of my involvement but I didn't care. I really didn't care about much right now. How has my life reached such a low?  I lost so much why must I keep losing more.
