Chapter 24October 14th, 2014 Bramson Bay, Oregon Bramson Bay might get described as a sleepy, picturesque seaside town on the Oregon coast. One with a fabulous view of the small, protected bay that housed the docks and fishing boats moored there. I imagine that most people, coming into Bramson Bay, find the people a little stand-offish, and isolated but not actively unfriendly. But as we drove through the streets the ghost-town feel intensified. The only cars we saw were parked. After a quick stop at the Roost, Dekker ran up to the room for the pills, Lockwood drove down the hill as if he was going to drive right into the bay. All the way down to the last road, Bay Side, that curved around the bay itself. No people outside but I felt them inside. Watching. We rounded the bay and I saw
