I slammed the Greek Society's door shut behind me. My eyebrows furrowed, my lips pulled together.
"What's with you, Queen?" I heard Sendra's voice somewhere on the four corners of the room asked me.
Napangiwi na lang ako, pero hindi ko siya nilingon, nanatili ang tingin ko sa sinarado kong pinto. I don't want to give her hesitations and doubts about me. I don't want to cause confusions among these kids—my kids.
So, I did not turn to her direction, she might see my face, and I know that frustration is evident in my eyes.
I shouldn't tell her, or anyone with me in this club that I roughly established, that I failed to make one cunt kneel before me.

Nawala agad ang masaya kong aura nang sumarado ang pinto paglabas niya.

A knock on the door pulled me back to reality and I immediately slapped my forehead. First time ko yatang magulat sa isang katok. I've never been this unruly. I mean, I always notice everything. I always see what everybody's thinking, what everybody's looking at.

"I actually want to be a part of Greek Society. Are you a member? Why are you here? You don't seem greek-y to me." sagot niya agad na may confusion sa mukha. Napairap na lang ako.

"I'm required to have at least one club, and I want this club." pampilit naman niyang sagot sa akin, "I looked up every possible club, and they're all making me sick. Plus, I'm as nerd as you."
Napairap na lang ako at hindi siya pinansin bago ko agad na nilingon ang pinto upang abutin ang posisyon ng seradura.
"No, not yet. Not until I become a member, Millicent." mahinang bulong niya sa tainga ko kasabay ng mabilis na paghila niya papalapit sa akin. Agad kumawala ang mahinang ungol sa bibig ko.

"NO!"I don't know why I screamed at his face when I said that one word. But I did, and it made him release me. Dahilan para bumalik ako muli sa loob ng club at saka ay mabilisang isinara ang pinto.
