Second Chances

    Mates are supposedly our everything. They are everything you ever wanted, and nothing you ever dreamed of. they are your other half, and your soulmate. That's what I want. I have been searching since I was 14 for my other half. He hasn't come along yet.      Oh! I'm Nola. Nola Hudson. I am 17 years old and a senior in high school. I'm not really smart ( I have dyslexia) and I'm short tempered( I'm bipolar). I get bullied because of my disabilities.     My wolf's name is Kala.     When I walk into the building there is already whispers. I get it though, who wants to talk to the freak? Right?     "Nola!!!" That's who, my best friend, Mya. She's popular, I am too, just for completely different reasons.      See, were all different supernaturals in this school. 64 percent werewolf, 22 percent vampire, 6 percent witches, and 6 percent human.The humans don't know about the rest of the supernatural world.     Me and Mya are werewolves obviously.     I am snapped out of my thoughts when I was slapped in the face, by Mya.      "Goddess Mya chill!" I said.     "You were in a whole other planet. Anyways let's go broski"     We walked to class, and there was this scent that I couldn't ignore, it smelt amazing!     "Do you smell that?"     "Smell what?"     "I'll see you in a minute."     I follow the scent and it leads me to my classroom. When I walk in, there is the most gorgeous boy that these eyes of mine have ever seen.     I was too deep in thought to realize he was now right in front of me growling out words I didn't want to hear from my mate. "I Jason Maxwell, Alpha of the Crescent Moon Pack, reject you, Nola Hudson, Future Alpha of the Full Night Pack."      I fall to the ground, I was not expecting that. Then, I didn't expect Mya to come in and sit on my mate's lap either. Well all my hopes and dreams are crushed.     There's this battle going on inside my head, while all the pain is happening through my heart.      My heart is continuously being pulled out of my chest, until eventually it stops. And that's when I run.
