Her strong Alpha mate

~Anna's P.O.V~     I can't wait for tomorrow to come, the day when i turn 16 and when I will find out who my mate is. I just hope it's someone in my pack, i really don't want to leave my family behind if i have to join a new pack. I'm sorry where are my manners..My name is Anna May Robbins and I am a werewolf. On a wolf's 16th birthday they become old enough to find out who their mates are, and tomorrow is my 16th birthday. I have a younger brother(15) and sister(5), my mom and my dad. My dad is the beta of the pack and when the next Alpha, My best friend James, takes over i will be his beta, following in my dads footsteps. However if my mate is in a different pack and we meet before i take my position as Beta then i will have to move to his pack, i don't want to leave my family behind though. Back to the story now......I walk downstairs to have breakfast before heading off to school for the day, today is friday which makes me happy because then my birthday is on saturday. "Hey sweetheart how are you feeling this morning" my mom asks me "Im good excited for tomorrow, and for today to be over" I reply "hey honey do you want me to drive you to school, I'm already driving your brother" Dad says sauntering down the stairs "Yes please" "great finish getting ready and we can go then"  AT SCHOOL Just as I am walking into school my best friends bound over to me about to explode with excitement. "what has gotten into you two?" I ask as they walk me to my locker "We are just excited for your birthday tomorrow, are you excited to find out who your mate is?" James asks me and I close my locker "yes and no, i do want to find out who my mate is but what if they aren't in this pack, I'm gonna have to move away from my best friends." "Aww we don't want you to leave us either but if they are your mate then you need to go with them" Jenny replies next "I guess, i just hope that he is nice and sweet and kind" "always the optimist aren't you?"Jenny says "it isn't optimistic to want a man who is a gentleman."  " we will just have to see tomorrow then won't we?" James replies
