Chapter 16– I just became your worst nightmare.
Rowena’s POV
“You f*****g b***h!” I raised my head at the sound of Ryker’s voice. His veins were straining at his neck as he glared hard at me. If you look closely, you might assume his eyes were about to fall out from its socket.
What have I done to have gotten him pissed again? Keeping me here because I had hit him wasn’t enough?
“You haven’t had enough?” I taunted, “Came back for more, huh? Is that how much you are addi—” I choked back the rest of my words as I felt my eyes roll back. Ryker’s fingers were pressing deep into my throat, choking me. Stealing my breath as I struggled to come up with air.
My hands immediately clasped at his as I fought for breath. For survival. What was wrong with him? It was official, he has gone crazy.
