She held her breath, bracing herself for the impact of the bite of her life. For the first time in her life, Tiana couldn't hold back her tears, and slowly a tear drop slipped from her eyes. Within seconds, the tear turned into a white solid stone and fell off. One second Two seconds Three seconds passed and Tiana didn't feel anything. The only thing she heard was the whoosh of something moving really fast passing her ear and a light thud of someone or something, hitting the floor. In curiosity and confusion, she opened her eyes, and the image she saw before her was something she never expected. She was expecting to see a large jaw, but what she saw, was a very tall dark skinned handsome man, who looked like he just walked out of a painting. With unhurried steps, he made his way towards her, with a white handkerchief in his hands wiping some red liquid off. Her gaze fell on his face, and her heart did a three sixty. Gosh! Is he an angel that fell from the sky? How can somebody look this handsome? Tiana's heart swayed from beating loudly from terror, to beating loudly for butterflies. Her eyes scanned the man from head to toe, and slowly it drifted to the white handkerchief, which he tossed on the floor. She was about adverting her gaze, when she caught something covered in blood, at the corner of her eye. She frowned and looked at it closely. Her eyes suddenly widen as she realized the thing covered in blood was the head of the vamp woman. In fear, her heart beat loudly in her chest, as her gaze drifted from the bloody head to the kerchief. Slowly and carefully, Tiana adverted her gave from the things covered in blood, to the man. Thier eyes met and she couldn't stare at him with the same feeling she did. " Hello. I'm Nicklaus" he introduced, when he was closer to her. Once again, fear gripped Tiana's heart, and it felt like it'll explode out of her chest. She tried moving backwards, but then she realized, she was at a dead end. Her back only touched the cold wall. Suddenly, her breathing became short, her stomach felt upset, and her legs felt weak. Each step he took, made her head turn and her eyes water. Unable to take the whole situation happening, Tiana's legs gave way and she fainted, her body hit the cold floor. In the gallery room, of the Denton's residence "Mom! Is Tiana home yet?" little Eve asked her Mother, who was reading the newspaper. "How will I know if she's home yet? Why don't you ask your father?" she glared at her husband. Little Eve pouted and ran towards her father, who was sitting opposite his wife. "Daddy! Where's Tiana?!?" she stumped her little feet. Mr. Denton had a worried face. Trying to mask it, he answered his youngest daughter "I'm sure she'll be here, before the moon reaches it peek" Little Eve nodded at her father's words and went to the window side, eagerly waiting for the arrival of her big sister. Mr. Denton stood up from where he was and went to his study. The butler who was already waiting for him there, headed his a cup of tea, of which he declined. "This is not what I need right now, Bishop. I need to know where Tiana is" Bishop didn't take an offence to what his employer said, and placed the cup of tea on the tray. " Where the heck did she go, Bishop? She doesn't have any friends, or anyone she talks to often?" he lamented. Trying to figure out where his daughter has been. "It's not Iike her to not be home by this time of the night" he ran his hands through his hair in frustration. "It's okay, Master. Maybe she just went on a walk, ad forgot time has passed" he tried reassuring the father of two. "Okay" Mr. Denton agreed, taking a sit. He rested his head on his hands mad closed his eyes. After a while, he suddenly jumped up and yelled. "The library! Maybe she's at the library!" with that, he took his coat and ran out of the mansion. Mounting his horse, he rode to the direction of the library. Bishop stood shocked in the study, before leaving. He went to Mrs. Denton and informed her of where her husband was going. As he expected, she hmph and shrugged her shoulders. The next time her eyes opened, Tiana found herself on a bed, in a fancy room. A room that was built like the room of a person with royal blood. In confusion, she left the bed and looked at her surroundings. "Where the heck am I?" she whispered. Her eyes scanned the room in fear, as she tried recalling the previous events. She noticed a window by the corner of the room and she went towards it. She carefully peaked outside and she was left with more confusion. What she saw was a beautiful garden, with people dressed in matching uniform that looked like what servants wear. Was she in the castle? Taking a step forward, the rays of the sun hit her eyes, and she looked away. After a while, her eyes adjusted to the brightness and she looked even further. She was right. She was in the castle. But how the heck did she end up in the castle? Her blue eyes continued to search her surroundings, until it stopped on a young girl, dressed in a servants uniform. The young girl's eyes met her's, and it felt like she's seen a ghost. The girl immediately bowed her head and ran towards a building at the far end of were she was. Tiana was left to ponder on what was going on. Why did the girl run from her? Does her face looks scary? What the heck going on? She couldn't recall any of her memories of the previous day.
