Robert, who allowed Nicklaus to go in first, heard some sort of disturbance in the room and decided to take a look and was caught in awe, upon what he saw. He thought he was dreaming when he saw Nicklaus, dead on the floor, with the mermaid girl looking down at him, panting in shock. It seemed she sense his presence and looked up. Her eyes suddenly started to water in fright and she fell on her knees.
"It was a mistake!" she cried. Robert saw her expression and didn't know what to do. He was about walking up to her, when he noticed something fascinating. The tears that left her eyes suddenly started turning solid and he saw little white stones fall on the floor.
He frowned and walked up to her and the girl screamed in horror.
"No! Please please please! Don't kill me! It was a mistake, please! I'll do anything! Anything!" she begged for mercy.
"Darling, my eardrums" Tiana suddenly heard a voice below her. She frowned and looked down, her eyes almost popped out when she saw the guy she killed earlier, eyes, staring at her. His colour had turn back to normal. He had a pleasant, yet cunning smile on his lips.
"Ahhh HHhH!" she screamed in horror and moved away from him. She sprung to her feet and jumped over him, tripping and running away.
"Mm, a screamer. I like it" Nicklaus joked, as he effortlessly removed the stick from his heart and jumped on his feet. Robert didn't seemed surprised, and said to him
"Must you give the girl a fright?"
"Would it be me, if I don't?" he replied as he dusted himself.
"Time to go fishing" he said with a smile as he walked out the door. Robert chuckled and follow behind him.
Thud Thud Thud
Tiana's feet hit the wooden floor as she ran like hell. She didn't know where she was going, but she knew she had to keep moving. She rushed into anyplace that had a door, trying to find her way out of the weird castle. She pushed open a door in front of her that led to a big library. She was too petrified to observe the place, and ran to an opened window she sighted by the corner.
The breeze blew her hair, as she stared down at the height she was about jumping from.
Panting heavily, she looked behind her and noticed nobody was there. Turning back towards the window, she heard a whoosh sound close to her ear. Before she could blink, the dead alive man appeared in front of her.
"Ahh HHH!" she screamed and backed away form him. Tripping on her own foot, she fell hard on the floor.
Tiana didn't care about her secret anymore, and started crying like a baby.
She freaking killed him! How the hell is he alive?!? Don't all vampires die by a stick in their heart?!?
Nicklaus slowly walked towards the girl before him. He listened to her breathing closely and watch her tears turn solid.
"You killed me?" it sounded more like a knowing than question.
"It was a mistake!" she cried, knowing the guy could kill her at any moment.
"So, you drove a stick forcefully in my heart, and you tell me it was a mistake?" he stopped, and started in her eyes intensely.
Tiana didn't know what to say. She was speechless. The only words that came out of her mouth, were plea
"Please don't kill me. I beg of you. Forgive me!"
Squatting down before her, Nicklaus extended his hand and grabbed her face firmly. He stared in her deep blue eyes and said
"Do you remember me?" he suddenly asked.
Poor Tiana wasn't sure what he was asking and blurted out
"Yes"
Her answer brought a dangerous smile on his lips and he asked again
"From where?"
"Please don't kill me" she didn't know what else to say.
Letting go of her face, he stood up and walked out the door. Tiana was confused and didn't know what to do. But still, she let out a sigh of relief that he didn't kill her.
Not long after he left, two maids suddenly walked in and forcefully grabbed Tiana to the room she was in earlier and locked her in.
Food and a new dress was left on the bed for her. It was only then she realized she was still in the same outfit she was the previous day. She was suddenly remembered her family and she started crying.

The people of Neuron stood in awe as they watched two beautiful carriages ride into their town.
"My word. That is a fine looking carriage, isn't not?" a woman said to another beside her.
"Mm, it's from the castle" the other replied with pride.
"How would you know that?" the first asked folding her arms with a sarcastic look.
"Why, because my husband works there" her answer was filled with pride.
The royal carriage marched up to the Denton's residence. A messenger, dressed in white stepped out with a fancy looking scroll in his hands. He opened the scroll, and read out loud, the words that were on it. His voice was loud enough for the whole neighbourhood to hear.
"Her Majesty, the Queen, has requested for the presence of a young girl, that bears the name, Lady Christiana Denton. The reasons are to be discussed after, the girl goes to meet her Majesty. Her presence is requested to be at the castle, by the next sunset. She can come over with anyone of her choice.
I, Messenger, August Bledsoe, will therefore await her presence, and see to it that she gets to the castle as well as good, and return as she was."
Bishop heard the message and immediately went to the head of the household, who rushed to where the messenger was.
Lambert and August exchanged greetings and he was invited into their mansion. Bishop brought up snacks for them, as Mr. Denton broke the news of Tiana's disappearance to the messenger.
"My daughter has gone missing for almost a full day" he said with a graved tone.
August took in the news like a normal human being and replied to him.
"What a tragedy. I'll report the news to the the Crown at once" he stood up and Mr. Denton escorted him out.
