On my way to class I saw some students gathered around Josh who was doing what he knows how to do best,that is beating up students who refuses him,I was about walking past the scene when I caught up on the words Josh said."listen you ill fated maggot! the next time you ignore me or try to runaway again I will kill you and guess what, nobody will say a word because every single person in crescent moon pack hate your guts, even your brothers hate you to death so I will be doing them a great favour by getting rid of a thorn in their flesh. Your Mom and Dad won't save you because you would be dead before they arrive so try ignoring me again".I don't need anyone to tell me it was Sam he was bullying yet again. For goddess sake I don't know why Sam can't defend herself, my instincts tells me she's stronger than what meets the eye and what she makes everyone believe, there is no way I would be fooled,being the son of the beta of crescent moon pack wasn't for nothing am smart just like my Dad, but I have to find out myself,I need to see her up close to tell if she was faking to be weak or not. I walked up to her and said "Samira give me your hand", I could sense her fear, this shows she doesn't trust me, well am no better than Josh but beating up a girl is not something I would do,not that I cared about Sam being bullied but I just gotta find out why she let herself be bullied. She finally gave me her hand after so much hesitation. This made everyone speechless by my actions but I could care less. Josh came over and I could see he's a very pissed wolf right now." Jacob what do you think you are doing?, don't tell me you have a thing for this b***h!". I was beginning to get annoyed but I kept my anger in check for I know the reason for my actions and not what Josh was saying,I mean I could never have a thing for Sam, there are so many hot and sexy chicks flocking around me so why stoop so low for someone who is weaker than a human even though she's the daughter of our alpha and could be an alpha herself she's nothing but a coward."That's enough Josh bullying a weak girl doesn't make you stronger" I said. I took Sam down the hallway to the girl's restroom so she could tidy up herself. By her expression I could tell she's very nervous and scared with her face down. I lifted her chin with my fingers so I could see her up close. Damn! those deep blue eyes are fierce and intoxicating that you could forget about your existence just by looking at them. Those eyes to me says she's a fighter, who's scared of nothing. I knew it! she's stronger than what meet's the eye,she's faking to be weak,those eyes are not the eyes of someone who's weak at all so why the hell was she being a Coward and let every pup in the pack bully her. I came out from my trance and I said "Josh has no right to beat you up and why the hell don't you fight back?,I mean you are a werewolf and the daughter of the strongest Alpha and if the prophecy is true you are a female Alpha with powers right?". Okay this wasn't what I wanted to say,talking about being a female Alpha and having some powers that would make her feel am also hating on her because of the prophecy. I never believed in prophecy specially those coming from the pack's witch,there's something very odd about her but I can't really place my hands on it. Sam wasn't saying anything but I need to hear her say something I need to know the reason she wouldn't fight and so I said "answer me Sam why do you let them bully you,why don't you fight back"? I could sense her anger coming up and she said,"I don't fight back because it wouldn't change anything,it would rather make them hate me the more so why give me a good reason to finish me off". Wow! who would have thought the weakling got some nerves to answer back,now this is getting interesting,now I got the answers I want,she is a pretender she's strong and fearless but a coward. I walked away happy I satisfied my curiosity and right about my instincts. But I will never understand why she would not show the real her. Tsk tsk tsk, if only Mark knew his sister is way stronger than him he wouldn't be that proud and arrogant thinking he's the real Alpha.From the look of things am the only one who knows Sam's secret, wow what a genius I am, I really am my father's son. Hold on,what does this mean, hmmm guess I would play dumb too and watch Sam's every move from now on,let's see how long she would last playing the role. I soon as I left the hall I saw Josh walking towards me like he would pounce on me. "Jacob! care to explain the meaning of what you did back there few minutes ago?, "knock it off Josh you know she's the daughter of our Alpha and I advice you stop bullying her,she doesn't report all the abuses she gets from members of the pack does not give you an opportunity to do more harm. Have you ever thought what would happen to you when the Alpha gets to find out what you and other students do to his daughter?". "If I were you I would be really careful about the way I treat Sam because you don't know when she would revenge all of you. Its an advice Josh.
