My Demon Mate

    In  a museum being robbed, 2 guards are on the hunt for a burglar.  "There she is", a guard pointed at the 2nd floor and a girl was seen holding a gem. "Come catch me slow pokes" she yelled. "We're coming alright" another of the guards said as they alighted on the stairs. He picked up a wacky tacky and alarmed the cops, while the other guard was chasing her. She jumped and tumbled to a chandelier and did a triple Arabian flip to the other before she jumped and landed at the other end of the 2nd floor. "Gosh you're so slow" she said, deliberately pushing their buttons.   Then the noise of a helicopter echoed around the museum. "City police put your hand where I can see them" a police officer said through the speaker from the helicopter. " Yay! more friends" she said excitedly. she cart wheeled on top of a high table and flipped to the roof top. "You're surrounded" the head police said, the cops surrounded her and they pointed their guns at her, all red dots on different parts of her body. From the corner of her eyes, she saw the 2 guards gasping for breath. She let out a loud chuckle. " Drop the gem and take off your damn mask slowly" the police head said. "And what if I don't"? the masked girl asked. "Am gonna blow you to bits" he replied. For a long moment they both looked at each other in the eye and in the blink of an eye she was gone, leaving the place she had once stood empty.   All the cops gasped and drifted backwards, the head cop expression remained unchanged. He had experienced one of her attacks and just when he was about to catch her she just vanished into thin air.  "Boss, sh..she disappeared" one of the cops stuttered looking dumb struck "This is no ordinary criminal, we have to put in more effort if we want to get our hands on her, but how does she do that?" the head cop wore a look of confusion. In a dark alley stood a man. He wore brown jackets and a rugged pants, he had tattered hair and a mean-looking face and he had a cigarette stuck to his mouth. He lit it and puffed the smoke out. He turned and saw a girl with a mask approaching him. She wore all black. His gloomy face lit up with a smile and when she was 2 feet away from him she dropped a sack. Sweet heart" he said sweetly and wanted to touch her when she held his hand mid air, " I'm in no mood for games, fool, we made an agreement" she said with an authoritative voice. He gave a sly smile and continued with his cigarette. He turned his back and waved his hands, then 2 men came with a briefcase and dropped it on the floor. He picked it up and threw the briefcase at her, which she caught.    She entered the lock and opened it and the guy could notice from her mask she was grinning widely. "2 million for the gem" he said. She threw the sack which contained the gem at him. " Open it", he ordered one of his men. He did so and he saw the biggest gem he had ever laid his eyes on. He couldn't help but to salivate. "Good sir" he nodded his head. "I'll take my leave and pray you die so I won't ever have to see your f****d up face ever again" she said and turned to leave. "Evie" the man called. She stopped in her tracks, dumbstruck. "Isn't that your name, my gold digger," he lit another cigarette. "Well how did a big whole dumb brain like you figure that out?" she smiled. "I've my ways and don't act sassy around me. If I can figure out your name you can imagine how much I've found out" he smiled at her, which made the insides of her skin crawl. " I wonder how you would look without that mask of yours". He drifted closer to her but she pushed him, making him fall on his back. "I'll take you to hell then kill you" she said, and before he could recover, she was long gone. " Are you okay boss?" one if his men asked, but he punched him and he fell on the ground groaning in pain. He slapped the other and he also fell to the ground. "Run while you still can", Raymond yelled, and they scurried away.
