CHAPTER THIRTEEN At 8:57 the next morning, Morgan’s door buzzed. He hit the intercom switch. “Yes?” “I’m downstairs,” Danielle said and then cut the connection. Well, at least she hadn’t snuck in to show up at his apartment door this time. He came downstairs to find her double-parked in front of the building. She unlocked the door to the sedan and he climbed in. “Cole Hutton works at a Giant Food over on 7th Street Northwest.” She signaled, glanced over her shoulder, and then pulled smoothly into traffic. “We’ll head there first.” Morgan nodded and sat back.
