Alpha Santiago's p.o.v
It is 3:45pm and I am still here. Nicky told me she scheduled a dr's appointment for 5pm. I need to leave soon so I don't miss it. I am about 45 minutes away from home. Finally, at 4pm, I tell the Alpha hosting the meeting that I have an emergency at home and have to go. I mean it is an emergency. I have to go meet my baby. I rush to my car and head home. I stop by to buy some cupcakes for Nicky and Gunner. I'm at the bakery and there are so many to choose from. The lady at the front starts explaining some of these flavors that I have never heard of or tasted. She gives me some samples, and finally I make up my mind. I get them wrapped up and get back in the car and notice I wasted 20 minutes here. Fu*k. At least they will love the cupcakes, so it will be worth it.
