Max and Giovanni vs Richard's battle result

Richard’s sight is covered by the blinding lights from Giovanni’s attack. Max, who is a few meters away from him, could see the whole event clearly.

When the light beam hits Richard’s body, he is immediately pushed back due to the immense force. Giovanni’s rays have a burning property just like the sun, but it seemed that Richard managed to protect himself from it as it appeared that his body is only being pushed, not burned. At the last moment, Richard spells out the word ‘protect’, and it was the thing that is saving his life just now.

Unfortunately for Richard, although Giovanni’s attack doesn’t burn his body, the attack sends him towards Max, who is surprised but already waiting there with a ball of condensed wind on his hand. The move that he is planning to use on Giovanni earlier but was interrupted because of Richard’s sudden intruding.

Richard opened his eyes because it was closed due to his body feels like being hit by a truck earlier and blinded by the truck’s light. The first thing he see is the sky, as his body is sent flying through the air due to Giovanni’s attack. He looked at Giovanni that is kneeling on the ground, out of energy. Giovanni’s last attack took almost all of his power, so he now doesn’t have any more strength left in his body and needs to recover.

Richard knows that after getting himself out of this position, he will be able to finish Giovanni easily. His blades are still hovering around him in the air, ready for taking Giovanni’s life. Just when Richard wanted to smile, he suddenly remembers that there is another enemy that he is facing, which is Max, that he totally forgets.

While his body is in the air, it is hard for Richard to spin his body; regardless, he used his power to do it.

“Spin.”

His body turned in the air, and suddenly he could see Max in his line of sight. It was too late for Richard as Max won’t miss this chance that he has created so far to the point of risking his life. Max charged forward with the condensed wind ball on his hand despite the fact that some blood is still trickling down his neck.

“AAAAh! Take this!”

With the last ounce of his strength, Max launches his last attack. This time, Richard doesn’t have any time to say one word to protect himself as he has just already used it to turn his body around. Max’s condensed wind ball then hit Richard squarely on the chest.

Giovanni was a bit skeptical about it as, at first, nothing seemed to happen the moment Max’s attack makes contact with Richard’s body. However, as if the wind is going wild, the condensed ball on Max’s hand exploded. Like a frenzied beast that has just been released from its cage, the wind is unstoppable.

Giovanni can even feel the gust from his place as torrents of tornado appeared where Max and Richard are standing. With that, Richard's body seemed to be shred to pieces as sharp claws of winds are rampaging on his body freely.

Even Richard’s clothing is ripped to shred as the wind mercilessly cuts it apart. It is to be known that Richard’s costume is made from strong material. Like a hero’s costume made to be unique and durable, a villain’s costume also serves the same purpose.

Right now, that specially crafted villain costume that Richard wears seemed to be like an ordinary piece of clothing as the pieces fluttered around the arena along with his blood and flesh.

The moment the rampaging wind subsides, Richard’s body is in a terrible condition. Most of the skin on his body has been blown away as everyone can see his flesh, muscle, and bones, just like the mannequin used in biology class.

Not long after, Richard falls on the arena’s floor without moving an inch. It seemed that Max’s last attack is a success as he and Giovanni managed to defeat Richard. Max himself isn’t in a better condition as his right hand that is holding the condensed wind ball has its skin ripped and has his tendon exposed.

Max’s new move is a double-edged attack. It was expected, considering the damage it caused to the target, it would be strange if Max, who is in close proximity doesn’t suffer anything. It is already lucky for Max to get away with a wounded arm after unleashing an attack that is surpassing his limit.

After looking at Richard that isn’t moving anymore, Max smiled before falling down on the ground himself. Not long after, Giovanni also lost his consciousness after letting out a sigh of relief.

From this battle, it can be seen how amazing Richard is as the newbie representative of the evil mastermind. It takes the top two of the hero’s hot newcomer competitors to defeat him, and it was also only barely.

The moment the three finished battling on the stage, the crowd immediately goes out of their dazed state earlier as Richard’s power isn’t influencing them anymore. Some went into an uproar and tried to call the emergency number to ask for help, but the line was busy.

Thankfully, the officials for the match from the United Heroes association are still around. Although they have no power, they still know what to do and handle the situation.

“Quick, bring Child of Light and Air Hero to the headquarter’s hospital for treatment. As for Richard, bring him to the headquarter’s to be taken into custody. We still need to give him treatment too, as his life might be in danger now. We might get something out of his mouth later. But be careful. Miss Elrisa hasn’t come back, so she might still be battling outside.”

However, the situation isn’t entirely in the hero's favor, as the battle between Elrisa and Chang’e in the parking lot is still ongoing. Whether the newcomer stadium could be freed from the terror or not depends on Elrisa’s shoulder.
