Yuna

"Tell me, if I really tell you about what happened that day, what will you do?" "What will I do? Of course, I will find the culprit and apprehend them." "Are you sure that you can do that? Why do you want to apprehend them anyway?" "To tell the truth, aside from personal revenge, it is to make myself acknowledged by the world." "What do you mean?" "As the youngest hero to hold a license, many people doubted my ability. I need to achieve something to prove myself." Hearing Yuna's reason, it was completely relatable and understandable that many people doubted her ability. Even Max doubted if she is really a hero at the budding age of fifteen. "Please help me out." Yuna showed her pleading eye that she showed the security personnel earlier and hoped her cute appearances could convince Max, and she indeed succeeds. The most significant part of it is that Max knows that he will have a higher chance of finding the culprit if he cooperated with Yuna. "First of all, let's change the location. Do you have money with you?" Yuna nodded, and then Max signaled for her to follow him. They walked for quite a bit before Max found a famous fast-food chain restaurant and entered the place. He looked at the menu and ordered. "Two burgers, one French fries, and one large soda. What do you want? You can order too." Max gives way for Yuna, who is now covering her head with the hoodie she wears, black sunglasses, and a mask that makes her look suspicious. "One kid meal set for me, please." Surprisingly Yuna ordered a kid's menu shyly. When she turned her body, she realized that Max is already sitting at a table with no intention to pay for the food. "Sssh. He should have told me if he wants me to pay for it." Yuna grudgingly paid for the meal, and although it wasn't that much, it still annoys her. Bringing a tray full of food, Yuna walked towards the table where Max is sitting. Max also noticed Yuna's current appearance is totally different from before as she is trying to hide her identity. It makes him believe that Yuna is really someone who is famous, and people might recognize her. Or she could be a criminal that will be caught if someone finds her. Arriving at Max's table, Yuna put the tray down and talked to Max in anger. "How can you do that? Leaving me there to pay for the food. I thought you would be the one treating me." "Firstly, I never said about treating you. Secondly, I have no money." Hearing Max's explanation, it is Yuna's turn to be flabbergasted. "Okay, let's talk serious business now. show me your hero license." This is the easiest way for Max to confirm Yuna's identity. Hero license is something that is hard to get, and there might be some people who tried to make a fake one, but the hero license isn't something that is easily replicated. It has many unique features such as a GPS map for a distress call, a hero's record, and many things that made many fake license creators out there give up on continuing their job. Yuna takes out a card at the size of a small notebook and hands it over to Max. As Max is going to examine the card, this is also Yuna's turn to examine Max. Max is just like any other teenager; if you didn't put prejudice on his pale and malnourished face, he looked normal. On the other hand, Max could confirm that the license that he is holding is real. He looked at the information shown on the hero license right now. First and foremost, the color of the back of the license is white, which signifies that Yuna's rank is still at the bottom of the chart. The hero license is divided into several ranks based on their color. It starts from white, green, blue, purple, orange, and ends in gold. Gold for S rank hero, orange A rank, purple B rank, green C rank, and white is D rank. Any person below D rank won't acquire a license, and they have to take an examination to get their hero rank reassessed. It basically said that below D rank, you aren't needed nor qualified as a hero. As Yuna's license is colored white, it means that she is a D rank hero. It is actually pretty impressive for her to acquire this already as even some people that graduated from the hero school couldn't earn their hero license. It also shows that nobody should look down on a hero even if they are just a D rank because they have all gone through multiple tests to be acknowledged by the United Heroes association. Max read the information on the license, and indeed he could confirm that Yuna is a legitimate hero. Name: Kim Yuna Age: 15 years old Hero name: Fiery fairy Achievement: None Seeing the achievement, which still screams zero, it is no wonder that she is trying so hard to do something. Actually, most C or D rank heroes won't have any notable achievements since most of the crucial tasks that will earn them achievements are complex or dangerous that exceed their level. For Yuna to tried to get an achievement by doing a personal investigation is something dangerous and might be something out of her capabilities. "So, you're just a D rank hero, huh?" Hearing Max's remarks, it was something that Yuna really hate. To be looked down upon by someone just because of her age or discriminated against because of her hero's rank. "What’s my rank has anything to do with it?” “Do you know how dangerous the thing that you’re trying to investigate?” Hearing what Max said, this time Yuna isn’t saying anything. “For those A rank or even S rank heroes to be unable to find anything about the incident, are you confident that you’re able to do it?” Yuna was about to retort but hearing Max's sharp words, she couldn’t refute him. “Let’s just eat and go home to sleep. Stop playing with your life.”
