Corridor Hell

I peeled my eyes open to the bright light coming through the window as my alarm buzzed on the side.

I let out a yawn,Getting up and starting to get ready;

I showered ,washing my hair too ,once out I plucked at my brows and put a little natural makeup on.It looked kinda cute I guess ,I wouldn't say I was the best looking girl but I wasn't ugly either,my Auburn hair falls down to around my waist in slight beach waves,today I decided to curl it into ringlets,My skin was pale with flushed pink cheeks,I had a few freckles under my eyes,Which shone a shade of Sapphire.I'd always thought my eyes were my best feature.I had an hourglass figure with a smaller ass than some ,I put on a Cropped grey hoodie with black leggings and a pair of black Nike trainers.perfect. I smiled at myself before looking at the time 7.30AM.My smile dropped

I ran down the stairs "MUM,DAD ,IM GONNA BE LATE!" I shouted

I heard Rushed Feet banging against the floor as my mother scrambled to get ready ,She rushed downstairs grabbing the keys as she went and gestured to the door.

7.49AM

Oh god I was going to be late ,This is not how today was meant to go...

I groaned."How much further?" I said as I looked at the roads ahead, butterflies fluttering in my stomach.

"2 minutes" She replied Sternly ,Giving me a sympathetic look.

"that'll still give me...8-6 minutes to get my class schedule and find my first class.. I guess." it was going to be tight.

As my mother raced up to the school gates ,I jumped out telling a quick bye and started to run to the school office,When I got there an older woman looked up at me giving me a dirty look "Yes?" she sighed. "I'm a new student,my name is Autumn White-" I looked at the time desperately 7.58am ,ughhhhhhh! ,the woman gave me my schedule explaining a few of the rules and giving me a few books.Then told me to go down the hall and take my fourth left ,that will be my first class,History. I thanked her and took off running. 8.05am.I reached my class,I breathed in and opened the door,The whole class was sat down and my heart sank ,I looked at the teacher with round eyes , She was one of the prettiest Women I had ever seen ,She had raven black straight hair with A teal colour eyes and a stunning smile.

"You must be Autumn" she smiled kindly ,I nodded not knowing what to say."Class" ,she looked at them sternly almost as if waiting. I looked at the class who were staring at me ,some with disgust the others with smirks or genuine smiles.They all stood up at once abruptly and chorused "Welcome Autumn" before sitting down again.

.weird as hell...

I blinked,Nodding my head at them politely before turning back to the teacher."You will sit beside Gianna today,Here are the books you'll need for this subject" she handed me two books and offered me a smile,pointing at an empty seat beside a Girl with Bright white hair and brown eyes who was grinning at me enthusiastically. I made my way to my seat offering a smile back to the girl." Hi I'm Gianna but you can call me Gi or Gigi ,that's what my friends call me,I think we're going to be very good friends" she rushed out. I stayed quiet for a few seconds taking her in before nodding,"I think so too".

Gigi showed me to most of my classes throughout the day telling me bits of advice along the way like what not to eat in the cafeteria and where to sit and asking me questions about where I was from.Gigi had to leave after lunch as she was late for her class but I had a free period.I took the opportunity to find my locker and put my books inside before looking at my schedule to work out where my next class would be in half an hour..

"Well Well well" A guy leaned next to my locker and I felt a presence behind me too ,I stiffened. "Looks like we have fresh meat" I Turned around to see 3 guys,The guy leaning next to my locker ,and two other guys,They all had smug smirks on their faces.My stomach sank.

"Hi my name is Autumn White-" I Tried to sound confident ,Offering a small smile.

they all laughed "Cute ,She thinks we care" The locker guy said to the others" ,"Listen here New girl, You're going to go into the bathroom and wait for us,And when we're done with you, you'll thank us ,is that clear?".

did they just say what I think they did?

Anger rose inside of me ,"No I don't think we're clear,I'm not going anywhere with you guys,And I would never ever do such a thing." I spat,Slamming my locker and attempting to walk away but one of the guys with Brown Hair blocked my way as another put his hand on the small of my back.

I shot them both murderous glares slapping the hand off my back."Move." I Said angrily. They laughed,This made my blood curdle and I pushed the guy Infront of me forcefully ,Before running off .I heard Him shout and swear ,And heard the footsteps running after me.I ran into The library making conversation with the librarian quickly just as they rushed in behind me ,Hissing when they saw I was talking to someone and knowing that they had lost. I let out a breath of relief as I saw them leave and decided to study for the rest of my free period.

Later during my last period ,I Made a few friends,Gigi introduced me to a guy called Josh and another girl called Clara ,They were a couple and they greeted me with a warm smile ,Telling me their numbers and that I could call them whenever.

I rushed out of class when the bell went ,Walking straight to my locker nervously,Gigi walked with me thankfully but my heart leapt in my chest."everything okay?' Gigi frowned at me ,concerned.I nodded,managing a smile,looking around nervously when I got to my locker.They weren't there but something tells me that wouldn't be the last time I saw them. I said my goodbyes to Gigi and headed outside where my mum was waiting.Getting in the car I realeased a final breath before leaning back against the seat and finally relaxing.

We didn't say a word the whole way home,though she kept glancing at me worriedly.When we got in ,I walked straight past Alex who was waiting for us smiling,And headed upstairs ,closing my bedroom door and falling onto my bed looking through the sun roof .

what was that day

I closed my eyes..well I knew it wasn't going to be great but those guys haunted me,I wondered what would have happened if I didn't get away.

A knock came at the door before Alex entered,He looked concerned ,he came to sit next to my laying figure "What's wrong?,Did someone pick on you?,Did you make any friends?" I pondered on whether to tell him but decided against it."Nothing it was just alot to take in,I miss home" it wasnt exactly a lie.I did miss home.

"c'mere" he said gesturing to hug him.And I did,Unintentionally letting out tears I didn't know I was holding in. "Shhh shh" he stroked my hair "it's okay" he soothed .Once I stopped crying he wiped my tears away and gave me a thoughtful smile "so what do you want for your birthday?"

right I forgot,my birthday

"uhhh ,Nothing,I don't want to celebrate it," I said defeatedly."What!? why!?" Alex shot back

"There's no point ,It's not like I can go out with friends.." I trailed off. Alex looked at me deep in thought ,"You could invite some people from your new school" I glared at him,raising my eyebrows. "Right yeah...sorry" he said guiltily.

"let's just not talk about it for now" I said "I'm gonna make some food and go to bed " ,he nodded in response "Okay"

And that's exactly what I did.I climbed into bed after eating chicken breast fillets and started my deep sleep.
