It is the time when the +2 life over by completing the exams. Narmada  - a chirpy, bubbly, chubby, lovely, down to earth girl who lives her life to the fullest. She is rich but never shows it off. She is so kind hearted, always helpful, straight forward, respects people from her heart, can't see anyone in hurt, a person with whom anyone can pour their heart. She is not good in maths and physics. Don't u dare think that she excels in remaining subjects, she just pass them in an average in order to get a pass mark. Her parents never scolds her for anything. She too never done anything which made her parents ashamed. Her one and only weakness is studies. Her father wanted her to pursue IIT.        She have been attending coaching classes for entire college life since 2 years but she can't get anything out of it, as the thing Narmada have done during the 2 years in the coaching classes was to talk with her friend Deepthi or to sleep during the class or to listen music or to complete her assignments. And as we all know the coaching centres never bother the below average students as their concentration is only on the toppers who may get their institute popular. So none of them bothered what Narmada is doing or even a girl named Narmada is present in their class. Her father too didn't bothered her regarding her coaching classes till now. But now its hightime because they are having only 2 months for the exam to be conducted. As Narmada's family is rich they can afford Narmada to take a long term for completing her entrance exam but their comes his ego, his challenge which he have done with his brother-in-law. [Narmada's father: Mr.Gupta Narmada's Mother: Mrs.Gupta Brotherly figure of Mrs.Gupta: Mr.Singhania Wife of Mr.Singhania: Mrs. Singhania] Why the ego and what the challenge?? Want to know, so we should go back to flashback: Both Singhanias and Guptas loves their respective children very much. But the ladies of both families loves others children very much and they have a wish to marry the couple when they grow older but their hope has been smashed by Mr.Singhania and Mr. Gupta one day because of their fight. Singhanias are rich but due to some outsiders they lose their huge profits and by seeing Mr. Singhania heart broken Mr.Gupta went to console him. But Mr. Singhania took his consolation wrong and thought that he is showing his fake sympathy and showing off his status to him. In that fight the conclusion is as follows: Mr.Singhania: I don't need any of ur fake advices and u need not show off ur status to me. One day I will show u, what I can be, my son is more intelligent than ur daughter and he would excel in life more than ur daughter and then I will remind u ur fake words. Understood? Mr.Gupta: (can't hold the accusations more and burst off, by listening his daughter is not able to achieve) don't underestimate my daughter Mr.Singhania, I will show u what else she can do? Bring it on.. I am giving u a fair chance that whatever ur son will study, I'll make my daughter to study that and she will get higher result than ur son. Challenge? Mr.Singhania: So I will also give something as reward. If u win this challenge I will fulfill the wish of my sister and my wife i.e., to do marriage of our children. Mr.Gupta: Oh I and my daughter don't need that thing but as u have said that my daughter can't get the score I will prove u wrong. This all was done at the age of 8 yrs of Narmada. From that day there are no words between 2 families. Present: So how can Mr.Gupta avoid his challenge that too which connected his little princess? Mr. Gupta inquired about the education of Mr.Singhania's son and accordingly he has joined Narmada in her college. He came to know that Mr.Singhania's son has achieved 96% in the entrance which is a record in last 20 years. So now he entered into Narmada's study life. After the day of last exam of +2: Mr.Gupta: Princess, till now I haven't asked u anything regarding your education. You have been studied all the while and I never bothered about how many marks you got or even I don't know how many marks u got as I have trust in you that you never let me down right?? Narmada: (listening to her papa all her excitement flew away and a lump formed in her throat) papa, I never told you but I just passed with 55% or 60% these 2 years but papa I am just lazy to write the whole paper na, if not I would have topped in every exam but I don't want to fall in any bad eyes for my high score that's why I just brought the necessary marks which need to get qualified to next level Mr.Gupta: Okay Princess, as you say. Par tum sach hi bol rahe ho na? Narmada: (in mind, sorry papa mai aap se juut bol rahi hu.. kyuunki muje aapko naaraz karna achaa nai lagta) ha papa sachi. Mr.M: okay princess, so from today onwards you have to attend SPACE (coaching institution name is space yaar) full day. That is from morning 6'o clock to night 10'o clock. Princess I never asked anything from you. But as u said earlier, the bad eyes and all leave that now princess, I want you to become the first ranker of this exam, please for your papa you have to this princess. You should achieve atleast 96.00000001% in the entrance and the most important thing is you should get All India 1st. Wanna see narmada's reaction?? Obvio yaar shock is an understatement to her by hearing her father's words. She works so hard before exams only to get 50% then how can she get 96.0001% and All india 1st. Impossible is her thought. Narmada: (nai re baba na. mai tho papa ko naraz nai dekne ka ek juut bola.. lekin papa ey juut pe barosa karke mujhse all india first expect karega, ey maine kabhi nahi socha.. ab kyaa karu.. ab kya karuu.. ... ha sach hi bol duungi.. nai tho future me bahut problem hoga yaar.. abi muje daantenge tho mai khaa jaaungi.. lekin ey juut par papa ko bharosa nai karne dungi..) Papa, mujse please naraj mat huiye na, mai aapko pehle job hi kaha tha o sab juut tha. Muje studies me interest hi nahi hai.. mai tho just pass marks lene ke liye tadaptaa rahunga exams pehle.. aap tho all india first aur 96% vale baate kar rahe hai.. ey tho mai kabhi mere jindagi me expect hi nahi kiyaa papa.. ab tho sirf 2 mahine baaki hai exams ke liye.. mai kaise laaungi itne marks.. aur tho mai jo coaching centre me jaa rahi hu na.. udar tho teachers ko mera naam bhi nahi pataa.. mei kabhi bhi kuch class properly attend hi nahi kiya.. tho how can I? Mr.M: (first time in his entire life he got angry on his daughter for her behavior towards studies. His anger has reached peaks by remembering his challenge towards his B-I-L. and he knew that he can't control his anger so he just shouted in a high pitch to his daughter.) KYAA SAMAJTHI.. EY BAHUT BADAA EXAM HAI TERE LIFE MEIN. AGAR TUM EY ENTRANCE ME ALL INDIA FIRST NAHI LAAYA THO TUMARA AUR MERE BEECH ME POORE JINDAGI TAK BAATE NAHI HOGA.. SAMJAA?? (his anger overpowered his love towards his daughter, that time he only remembered his challenge and his ego overpowered him and he in any situation wanted to win over Mr.Singhania for underestimating his daughter's capability. But he never expected that his daughter would be this weak in studies. So he used such harsh words for his daughter.) Narmada: she was so shocked that in her entire life she has not seen her papa this much angry towards her.. and ran out of the room crying incoherently.. Narmada sat near her garden area and peacefully thought the words of her father and understood that her result has something linked with papa and thought to give a chance to studies this time for her papa. So she determinedly slept thinking of waking early for going to coaching institute tomorrow.. NEXT MORNING: Narmada quickly got ready and placed a note near her papa's bed. Note: Papa, aap plz guilty mat huiye.. muje pataa hai.. aap ne jaan buujke mujpe nahi chillaya.. par muje ey nahi pata ki kyun mere marks aapko itna important hai? Khaair mei chodungi aur aapke liye mei is exam ko ek chance duungi aur panda shuru karduungi.. - Aapki princess Narmada. AT SPACE: A boy of around 19 years came on a bike and after parking he had took off his helmet and every girl over there started drooling over him but he hasn't bothered anything and straightly went towards the principal's cabin.  Narmada arrived at SPACE and went to her class and sat on her last bench with her bestie Deepthi as it is her common place. And they started their gossiping which made Narmada forget her promise done to her papa. After so much gossips Deepthi told in her excitement, Deepthi: Narmada tumhe pataa hai, koi new teacher aaya tha, bahut handsome tha vo, vo hamare class mei hoge tho!!! Hey matarani jaruur hamara praardna sweekar karlenaa.. Narmada: (by listening teacher and class she remembered her father's promise) ayyo aiappa, how can I forgot the most important thing.. aap muje memory power increase kijiye na, taaki mai kabhi kuch bi nahi bhuul paavu.. Deepthi: Oy, kya baat kar raha hai?? Sunaa nai mai kyaa bola tha, koi handsome teacher aaya tha humara SPACE me. Narmada: I am sorry Deepthi, mei tumhe kuch important baat bataana bhuul hi gayi tumhare baato me padkar.. and she recites what all happened between herself and her father. Deepthi: (making an 'O' shape mouth) oh, ab kyaa karoge Narmada? Ham tho kabhi bi ek class bi attend hi nahi kiyaa.. ab kaise tum utne saara marks laavogey?? Narmada: o hi tho mai bi soch rahi huu.. Meanwhile principal enters their class with the same handsome boy who came on the bike. All students whishes principal and he continues, Principal: Hello students, good morning all of you. Hope you all have given your exams well and yeah I am here to introduce you all to your new professor for this 2 months for all the subjects. He is very talented in all the subjects and you are very lucky to have him. And most luckiest part is he himself has volunteered to teach in our space for this entrance exam and that too for your batch. And his name is 'KARTHIK SINGHANIA'. After listening his name both Deepthi and Narmada turned their heads towards the boy and Narmada notices that to her surprise he is already looking at their direction only. In the first sight itself, Narmada gets attracted towards him and literally praises his features. By seeing Narmada in that state Karthik smirks and Narmada mentally slaps herself for losing control in front of a teacher.  He will be joining your classes after 3 days. All the best students. Prepare well and bring good name to our institute. (while Karthik leaving the classroom, to his surprise Narmada blushes by seeing him) The day in the SPACE is uneventful for both DEEPTHI and NARMADA as even they are asking doubts to their teachers, the teachers are not paying any heed to them as they are busy with the toppers. From that day till 2 days Narmada is continuously studying no sleep nothing which caused her illness on 3rd day. On the 3rd day she is suffering from 104 degrees fever, vomiting, body pains and what not.. By seeing her condition her parents felt very bad for her and her father came to know the reason behind her illness and wanted to confront her for not taking good care. Mr.M: Narmada why have you done this? Narmada: for you papa. If I won't study like this for 2 months I won't get the result that u expected. I wonder whether after working hard like this also can I get that result or nt! Mr.M: listening Narmada he feels so bad. Don't stress urself more na bachaa.. Narmada: achaa papa. Aap mujse kuch b nahi chupaate na, tho ye b bataao ki, aap mere marks aur rank ke peeche kyuun hai? Muje jaan na hai.. nahi tho.. nahi tho..(finding the excuse) ha.. nahi tho mai medicines nahi lungi.. Mr.M: (chuckles at her daughter's behavior) ok princess, tumhe kabhi tho kabhi bataana hi hoga, so and narrates whole challenge thing.. Narmada: after listening all this she got a shock not for her getting more marks but for the marriage thing as she hates the akdu Singhania (son of Mr.Singhania) because of his behavior with her in childhood. Flashback: In childhood both Narmada and akdu Singhania were always left together by their parents inorder to let them live their space and play. But the thing which used to happened is so different. Akdu Singhania always used to tease her by one or other ways. For example, he used to pull her hair, make funny cartoons on the back side of her dress, fight with her, suddenly shouting in her ears used to throw mud at her, used to frighten her by bringing coakroaches etc etc..  but akdu always loves to tease her. he loved her since she born to her parents. in the mean time of fighting too he never missed kissing her One day she remember till now, (when Narmada is of 8 years and he is of 11 years Akdu: oye, kiss me. Narmada: what!!! No way. Akdu: ok. Your wish, but if you don't do, I have to kiss you on your lips, if I kiss you on your lips you and I should be always together and in future we both will become husband and wife.. Narmada: (listening to his words Narmada got shock as she never wanted him to be her husband because isko jhelna for an hour is like a decade for her and if husband tho life long... thinking this .. no way.. ek kiss hi tho hai.. problem kuch nai hogi)and kisses him on cheek. Akdu: he blushes when Narmada is kissing. (guys they are so small children and they don't know the true meaning of the words they are using. But Narmada just know the meaning of husband and wife) PRESENT: Narmada: (remembering her past she is having a horrible expression) (shouts at the top of her voice) NO NO NO.. EY NAHI HO SAKTAA.. MEI KABHI BI FIRST NAHI AAUNGI.. MUJE 50% HI CHAAHIYE.. Mr.M: (he is confused by seeing his daughter's reaction). Hein? Kyaa hua tumko Narmada? Narmada: PAPA aapko malum hai aapka challenge kyaa hai?? Mr.M: haa, tum first aana aur uska beta ke marks se ache marks laana! Kyuun? Narmada: papa aap sirf ey baat pe hi latkaa rahe ho yaar.. agar mei vo laaungaa tho muje us se shaadi karnaa hai aur mein nahi karungi.. so isliye mein first b nahi laaungi..(wow Narmada.. do chidiye ek nishaan.. superb..) However her papa is not convinced so she explains him slowly that "papa agar mei 2 mahine bina neend padaai karne par b muje kuch rank nahi aayegi aur rahi baat challenge ka tho muje aap ye challenge harna hi pasand hai kyuunki mei us akdu se kabhi bhi shaadi nahi karnewali. Aur aap hi tho bataaiye, us challenge ke liye aap apki beti ka health daav par laga dega kyaa??" Listening to her last line Mr.Gupta regrets of giving priority to the challenge and tells her calmly " nahi beta, muje bas tum hi chaahiye... us challenge se tum hi behtar hai mere life mei.. don't worry beta.. tum apni icha se jo karna chahte ho muje manjur hai" Narmada feels so happy by seeing her plan working.. After her papa leaves her room, she immediately calls her bestie to share her happiness of studying hard for the exams, and Deepthi backs her up by giving all the goss which Narmada missed today and asks her to take rest and not to come to space tomorrow as she is not feeling well. Next day completed in house only for Narmada. Day After: Narmada got ready to go to SPACE at her usual time i.e., at 11 as she don't need to do hard work and all. To her surprise the class is started (because no teacher is bothered about their class and that too in the early time of the space a class is being taken in her class, it is surprise to her, she stood by door and asked to come in) Teacher: Ms.Gupta you are 4 hours late. Is this the time to enter a class? Do you have any manners? Don't your school made u learn discipline? Where is ur punctuality? And blah blah blah.. Narmada stood there shocked (actually shocked is an understatement for her.. because their stood the GREEK GOD in front of her in the form of her teacher and she is checking him out and not given any heed to any of the word spoken by him, thinking what he is doing here) Watching Narmada frozen at her place, Karthik reaches near the doorstep and saw no moment in Narmada and understood what she is thinking. Karthik: Liked what have you seen? Narmada: (absent mindedly) HOT Karthik raises his eyebrows which breaks her dreaming and bites her lips for uttering the words which she shouldn't for a teacher. Karthik: (leaning closer to Narmada) aahh.. don't ..  Narmada: hein? (confused) Karthik: don't bite ur lips Narmada makes an o shape mouth hearing Karthik Luckily whole class is busy doing the problems which he have given, so nobody is bothered to watch what is happening at the door step and there is no one in the corridor too.. Karthik: why are you late? (back to teacher mode) Narmada: oh.. oh.. ha.. sir I have studied till late night yesterday and that's y there is problem in waking up early today.. Karthik: Oh acha!! So what have u read last night? Narmada: (showing her 32 teeth) ORGANIC CHEMISTRY sir (because she thought that he would ask questions and she only knows this chapter out of all the subjects and all the chapters clearly) Karthik: Oh ok. But don't u know the weightage for that chapter is less than 3% of total weightage for the test? Ha? Narmada: (innocently) NO sir. Karthik: what?? You don't know? You don't even know about the weightage? Then Narmada explained him that the teachers here never bothered her and her class as there are no toppers are in this class. Karthik: but you are there na? are you not one of the toppers? Narmada: (laughs out loudly and Karthik lost in her smile) hahahaha.. me and topper!! That is impossible sir.. I hardly get 55% that's all. Karthik got the biggest shock of his life by listening that.  He then composes himself and turned towards the class and announced that 'Ms.Gupta is late to today's class she would be punished and she has to do all the sums from all the subjects sitting in a separate class room and I have to test her, so the class leader should control over the remaining class' Narmada gets shocked by his statement because till now he is talking with her in a friendly manner but suddenly he changed his tone. He turns towards Narmada and "Follow me (in a cold tone)" Narmada calmly follows him to the next vacant class. Once Narmada enters the class Karthik literally shuts the door with a bang. Narmada: Sir, what is the need to close the door? Karthik: who is the teacher here? Narmada: you only. Karthik: so follow as I say. Narmada: ok sir. [Karthik made Narmada opens her books and sits next to her bench in a chair and asks her numerous questions for which she has no answer and he got to know that Narmada has no knowledge regarding the subject and he started his scolding sessions to which Narmada started crying like a baby]  Karthik: hey, hey, listen.. don't cry.. please.. why are you crying? Narmada: except that akdu, no one in the world have scolded me like this. What is my fault in not knowing the answers? They never taught in an understanding way and I didn't get them. No big deal and I don't want to learn even. Karthik: (thinks for a while of how to teach her) ok, so you don't want to learn ha? (in a babyish tone imitating her) Narmada: ha, muje nahi jaan na hai.. Karthik: not even for your papa?(s**t Karthik, kyun tera tongue itna jaldi slip hoga yaar) I mean ur parents? U won't study well for them? Narmada: nahi na, study tho karna hai. Lekin nobody is there to clarify my doubts only. Karthik: I am here na. u ask whatever u want to know. (guys I wont give u the details of the tests or subjects because I am not related to science and I don't know whatever will be there for the test) Like that Karthik started explaining the doubts which Narmada has asked. For Narmada her attraction gradually turned out to be a crush and later to love. All this has happened just in a week and in that week time whenever Karthik used to explain her anything she used to get lost into him and didn't paid any heed to the subject which he is talking about. (actually guys, she can't spend time with him in class so, she used to go to staff room for her doubts and all, so class mates don't know anything and in the above pic please remove guitar from ur view plz) But after a week, she publicly proposed him by welcoming him with rose shower and a huge calligraphic I LOVE YOU on the black board  and with a greeting card which is a biggest shock to Karthik. And he directly rejected her and started avoiding her. But for Narmada as her feelings were gone to public, so she didn't bothered poking him in class room too.. because of which other girls are feeling jealous and one of the girls have gone and complained to the principal. The complaint is not from the girl but from parents of a group of students because of which the principal has to step in the situation. Only 1 month 10 days are remaining for the exam. Principal reached the class and confronted Narmada for her behavior and Narmada accepted that she loves Karthik and for that she can do anything and u dare not inform my papa regarding this other wise u don't know what type of pranks I can play. (the principal of space is Narmada's neighbor and whenever she get scolded by him she used to call principal's house landline number acting as the principal's affair and always bechaara principal got slaps, scolds, punches and what not from his wife) Remembering those situations princi becomes silent and asks Karthik's help. Again Narmada expresses her love towards him without any fear. Karthik thinks for a while and answers " so inorder to me loving u, are u ready to do anything?" Narmada: yeah Karthik anything..(excitedly) Karthik: ok, then first prove me wrong by getting ALL INDIA 1ST rank and atleast 97% marks. Narmada: (remembers her dads challenge but chuckles as Karthik is Karthik singhaniya and thinks for a while but she is determined for her love which is not a mere attraction towards him, the way he see her, the way she see him, the way both of them getting lost into each others eyes and more natural romantic moments) Ok, I will try, but on a condition, if u will accept it then I will accept urs. Karthik: Tell me what is the condition. Narmada: No, tell me u accepted then I will tell u my condition Karthik: (knowing her ziddi behavior he sighs) yeah ok accepted. Narmada: so the condition is, you should teach me each and every subject personally in a separate class room without any disturbance till the exam date approaches and if I get all india 1st rank and 97% then u will marry me the day after the result Princi: Ok Narmada I am ok with it and Karthik what do u think? (princi thinks that Narmada cannot get even pass marks easily and all india 1st rank tho a big joke, so he simply accepts her condition, but little did he know that Narmada is determined for life in this situation) Karthik: (gets shocked by listening her condition but composes and answers) ha.. ha.. yeah sir.
