His Fated Mate

Marcus shows up to Rising Moon Pack

              I am finally here after a 3 hour car ride { would've been a shorter trip but we are traveling with a pregnant werewolf}.

"Alpha Vasquez welcome to Rising Moon Pack. This must be your Beta correct?" Alpha Jackson and his Beta greeted us.

"Yes Alpha Jackson and this is his mate Jessica."

"Well I see congratulations are in order Beta Kyle and Jessica may the Moon Goddess bless your birth." Luna Jackson said

"Thank You Luna but it has been a long journey on my mate could we possibly be shown to our room so she can rest?" Kyle asked

"Oh My Goodness of course come I and Sherry will show you to your room."

 Kyle and Jessica are being taken to their guest room so she can relax after the long stressful trip. Me? I am going to take a walk around maybe see if I can sniff out my mate. Just as I am about to leave the pack house Alpha Jackson stops me.

 "Alpha Vasquez I see you are making yourself at home. I hope the trip was not too stressful on your Beta's mate?" Alpha Jackson asked.

 "No Alpha Jackson,  Jessica is a strong woman I think she was just tired is all." I said.

 I was feeling this pull as soon as I got out the car and I wanted to know what it was. I wanted to go look around. 

 "Well Alpha Jackson I know you are planning a huge celebration and I don't want to take up your time so Ill just make myself scarce until the party tonight."

 "Yes Alpha Vasquez I will see you later on and I'll also have a light snack taken up to your Beta's room for his mate." well at least he was accommodating.

 "Thank you Alpha Jackson I am sure Beta Kyle and Jessica will appreciate it." with a handshake I turn and leave out the pack house. Before I get too far Alpha Jackson stops me.

"Alpha Vasquez, my daughter is now of mating age and she will be at this party tonight. I am hoping the Goddess blesses you and her as mates." He then turns and walks away. 

I stopped in a few stores to just look around. I saw a few things I'll have to remember to pick up later for my mom and as a present for my friends triplets.

    As I made my way through town I notice a lot of stares. Girls primping their hair and smiling. Can practically smell the lust coming off of them. Some Alphas may partake in s*x before finding their mate but not me. My father always stressed the importance of waiting for your mate. 

 I'm a relatively good looking guy. I'm 6'5" I'm 235 lbs of pure muscle I've got blonde hair that was white when I was born { my mother told me she had a vision of how special I was} and I have blue eyes that I have been told are the color of the sky. My wolf is pure black and is bigger, stronger, and faster than other wolves. He has a tempter when his family or his pack are threatened. 

I'm not an arrogant Alpha. I treat my people fairly and I always listen to their wants and needs and if any of my pack has ways to make our pack run more smoothly I am willing to listen. Growing up I always watched my father and saw how our pack treated him and how he treated our pack. We after all were a family and family is what is important.  

 I've also never ever been with a woman because I was brought up to wait for your mate because it is special and means more that way. So I wanted and will continue to wait til I find my other half. I know it might not seem manly to be a virgin at 20 but like I said I've only ever dreamed of my first time with my true mate.

    I stop in front of the high school they have after walking around for half an hour and am suddenly hit with a faint scent. Since its Saturday I know no one is here. Does my mate go to this school or does she work here? I keep going knowing that she is here somewhere. Desperate to find her. Today has got to be the day I finally meet my mate. Hold on mate I am going to search every inch til I find you.  

I continue through the town getting smiles from the unmated females and nods of respect from everyone else. I like being Alpha because I like being counted on and depended on to keep my people safe but I hate feeling like I'm pimped out at every party I go to. I force a lot of the smiles I give because I know she isn't there. My mate is never there. It just never seemed worth it to attend the parties. 

After another hour I come to this small cottage at the edge of town. It's small but nice kind of like a get away in the woods. There is a porch swing on the right side of the small porch. The shutters are a baby blue. The front door is also blue but it is a teal. It feels like home. Comfortable and warm. As I'm staring at the cabin I get a whiff of that scent again. Immediately my wolf perks up

'Mate is in there.'

'What?' I said

'Mate. She's in there. Need to go get mate.'

OMG this is where she is this is where my mate is living.

I start walking up to the cottage and as soon as I get up on the small porch I raise my fist and knock. I hold my breath waiting for my mate to answer her door. My wolf starts going crazy. He doesn't want to wait anymore for this. He has been waiting for years. Please Moon Goddess let her be kind, beautiful, and smart.
