Stein’s POV
After having that weird encounter with Grazie outside the abandoned shrine, I quickly attempted to follow her but she was already gone. As expected to my childhood friend, she has always been a fast walker and runner, she’s really fast and can actually outrun me so it’s no shock that she disappeared that fast.
When I returned home, I was quickly welcomed by my parents outside our house’s door, worriedness and confusion are written all over their faces. I sighed and shook my head. I just realized that I forgot to tell them where I went.
My parents, they’re really not the strict type, they let me have my own freedom, but once they’re worried, they go full on strict mode, and I fully understand them because I am their only child and they treasure me a lot.
