Tricia’s POV
My eyes widened in shock. I couldn’t move, and I couldn’t utter not even a single word—I’m… frozen.
Stein’s deep blue eyes pierced deep within my soul. My heart is pounding so loud, it feels like it’s about to jump out of my chest. I couldn’t say anything because of shock.
“So? What are you going to do about it Tricia?” he asked me. My heart pounded once again, it’s so hard to breathe, it felt like there’s a lump in my throat. I couldn’t speak nor move even though I wanted to. My eyes are locked onto his eyes, his deep, piercing, blue eyes… I let out a soft gasp when he leaned forward to me until our faces are only a few centimeters away from each other.
We’re so close to the point that I can feel his breath hitting my skin.
