Ellen POV "What's wrong?" I asked, pretending not to know anything. Wilma's fingers intertwined with each other. Her expression was unstable. It seemed like she was afraid I would report her actions to my dad. "You're home already." Wilma's voice stuttered. "Yeah, I am," I said. Wilma looked into my room. She checked my window. I looked back too. "What's wrong, Wilma?" I asked again. "Did you happen to be looking out the window?" Wilma asked. "I shook my head. "I was busy writing. I didn't have time to relax at the window," I replied. "Really?" Wilma couldn't believe it. I exhaled. I pretended to be distracted by Wilma's arrival in my room. "I don't want to be disturbed, Wilma. Do your own thing." I was about to close the door, but Wilma held it back. Wilma looked at me angrily
