I was sad that my Dad said that. I never wanted to lie to my Dad, but the situation didn't allow it. I had to keep my relationship with Jessica a secret before Axl and my schoolmates. It's not all that simple.
"I'll talk to you, Dad. I've been meaning to," I said.
"But in the end, you didn't tell me and let me know when your life was in danger. I also heard you were locked in the bathroom at camp. Why didn't you tell me that someone was pranking you at school? Were you bullied?"
How is this? What do I have to explain to him? The culprit is Jessica, but I have no proof.
"It's not like that, Dad. It was almost night. No one knew I was in the bathroom because I went alone. Maybe one of the students accidentally put something in front of the bathroom." I kept trying to persuade
