Strange Waters

The castle had lights and torches light up each path way... The prince walked past each guard post with Sandy without any interference. She walked past the particular guard who restricted her earlier from going to meet the Prince. She gave him smile and walked right past him. The both had an official walking steps through out to avoid suspicious thoughts from any of the guards and maybe a need to secretly follow them up to see where they were headed to, till they arrived outside the castle where it was free to run to the lake.... Immediately the reached outside the castle, Prince Jath took to his heels. "C'mon! He giggled. Trying to tame her to a race. She followed him up and they both ran towards the lake... As soon as the prince reached he took off his shirts first of while still running and then he jumped into the steaming lake. Sandy was impressed but it stared to scare her that he didn't come out to take a breath. She called out his name and didn't get any response moreover. Then she saw a bubble form atop The water. Then she was sure he was underwater. Maybe he had a special ability to hold his breath for a long time. She pulled her top off and wore just a strap singlet and jumped into the water. She went underwater and kept diving deeper. He was the prince holding unto a rock down the water and wanted his hands for her to swim down. The moonlight shun right into the water illuminating the surface but not deep enough to reach the depths of the lake. Sandy almost lost grip of her breath and s**t herself up to draw breath. The prince joined her also. "What are you doin?".... "It's dark in there Jath. I just want to swim, I don't anymore adventures for now". She said with a withheld smile as to what she said. Prince Jath was still Keen on her coming with him and said he just wanted to show her something beautiful. Sandy wanted to trust him but she already did. It just scared her to go too deep underwater. Well she had no there choice especially when the Prince asked her so keenly. They both went back in and swum deep down almost reaching the ground level of the lake. As they approached ground Level, Jath pointed to the depths and Sandy sw the Beautiful reflection of gold and diamond stones that were grounded under water. She was amazed to see how beautiful the glitter almost in reflection of the light of the moon. She kept staring, looking like she saw through a kaleidoscope. She yearned for one of those precious stone but she couldn't go further as she had run out of breath to dove deeper so she returned up ahead and caught her breath. The prince took a little while longer before he came up. He brought up a precious stone up to her and she might have thought it was gold. But, "This is the particle of the Sun stone. Its the pieces and particles of the sun that falls every autumn that keeps the lake warm. The stone used to be the light of our world before the moon but it has been taken to the Pacific. This fragments still lay underneath our waters and so far it has kept it warm but the power it harness has gone with the heart of the stone. It now resides at the Pacific."... She takes the stone from him as it glowed like gold in the dark. And then let it back down into the water. The prince was surprised and looked at her in a weird way. "Why did you do that?"..... Prince Jath asked her and took a dive back into the water to grab the stone before it went down deeper. As he went down, he was about to swim up but then he saw Sandy coming down. She stared at him and took the stone from his hand and leaned forward to kiss him underwater. As their lips touched, she closed her eyes and enjoyed the feeling, a new feeling, a feeling she could only imagine before now. After moments she opened her eyes and they both went up to draw breath. As they both go up, one of the guard of the castle were already at the shore waiting for them to show up. Sandy was startled at first in fright of seeing him and also scare if he had seen the little Intimate moment they shared. But she doubts and her intuitions were on point as she purposely let the stone fall just so she could catch him underwater and give him a kiss away from the eyes of the open.
