Josephine
Sometime during the night EJ had rolled over, facing me.
I was clinging to his warmth and letting him protect me, to hold me in the security of his embrace.
As my eyes started to flutter awake, he was staring down at them. He didn't smile or speak.
I knew what he wanted, what his body wanted. I felt heat radiating through his eyes.
Placing my head down, I pressed my cheek to his muscular chest and hugged him tightly.
" We need to get you back, the family will be very worried about you Josephine." He said to me in a husky morning voice.
" Can we just sleep a bit more?" I felt warm and secure and content right where I was.
I heard a rumble in his chest as he laughed.
" You laughed EJ, that's a nice sound coming from you, I like it." I said patting his sternum.
