Words of Frustration
“No. Absolutely not.” Mitch said, as he stood in Jake and Emmett’s kitchen with his arms crossed. Jake tried to hide his amusement by concentrating on drinking his coffee. Adam unabashedly sat back in his chair silently grinning. Emmett was leaning against the kitchen counter with his arms crossed. He wore a serious expression like Mitch. He was in agreement with Mitch, but he hadn’t spoken up yet. Mitch was being the vocal and expressive one on this matter, which is a little unusual for Mitch to be the expressive one. This fact, and the ludicrous argument that ensued had amused Jake and Adam greatly. Jade didn’t share in the amusement. She met Mitch’s stubbornness with her own heels dug in.
