Chap 20
Rhea.
I stare at myself in the mirror, feeling terrified at what is staring back at me. My eyes have been glowing a dull shade of red since I left Adrian Raven’s manor after the chaos that happened. I passed out from being so weak but thankfully, Finn took me to his house and put me in one of the rooms.
I slept for a few hours and woke up when my body started feeling funny. When I stepped into the bathroom, I realized that my eyes were glowing ominously.
I blink my eyes repeatedly, but it doesn’t seem to change anything. The dull red color in my eyes is terrifying. I slowly raise my hand up to touch my face, that’s when I notice my hand and wrist. There are huge green veins popping out of it, as if my skin is trying to morph into something else. Is that why my body aches?
