Leah’s POV By the end of my second week of being sad and alone, I had resorted to my old geeky habits of reading copious amounts of books and immersing myself in Netflix boxsets. By the end of the week however, I had taken a big step towards being a proper adult. I had finally acknowledged I had been offered a place at my collage of choice. I got on the courses I wanted (if I got my grades) and despite the arguments that I knew would follow, I had finally accepted the place. Mum knew I wasn’t myself, and she knew something had happened with Jayden, but she didn’t ask, and I didn’t tell. I did however have to tell her about college. I thought if I did it when I was miserable, she would cut me some slack. I was wrong. It was day two post argument and I wanted to be anywhere else but
