Alexis “Yo, I'll tell you what I want, what I really, really want. So tell me what you want, what you really, really want,” I sung when the door to my room flew open. “Alexis Greywood, just because it is your birthday it does not mean that you are allowed to be late for school”, my mom said and showered me with kisses.   I gave her a quick smile over my shoulder and headed out of the house.  Living in a house near the woods has its benefits and I enjoy every single one of them. The howling sound of the wind which is hitting the trees, the birds who are twittering and the smell of wood and earth that hits my nose every time I leave the house. I would describe myself as a lone wolf because I do not like to be around other people except my mother. Most of the people in town think I am odd, just because I have vivid dreams and had a seizure in school some years ago. I just need my music, a pencil and some paper! Who need friends anyways? I decided to skip the first period with Mr. Miller and his Greek mythology in history class, climbed up the oldest and biggest pine tree and took out my sketchbook. The time flew by and my eyes grew heavier with each second. Snow, everywhere snow. I run. I run as fast as my feet can handle. Then I see blood. It dyes the snow crimson red and there it is. A huge silver wolf lies in his own blood and hardly breaths. His piercing blue eyes are the same color as mine and they are filled with horror. I tried to hold and comfort it, but my hands glided through the wolfs body. I desperately tried to help it “f**k why can`t I touch you,” I yelled at the still conscious wolf. It watched me intensely, a tear fell from his eye and was swallowed by the blood-stained snow. I saw the life leaving the wolfs body and its eyes slowly closed. “NO, please don’t die!” I tried to punch it and screamed until my throat hurt. Then there was darkness. Pitch-black never-ending darkness sent shivers down my spine.  I shot up and nearly fell from the tree “What in the f*****g world was that,” I asked myself.  My eyes fell out of their sockets as I saw how late it already was. “Crap, crap, crap. I am going to be late”, I cried out. Using all the strength I had I sprinted through the woods and was completely lost in thoughts when I saw a light coming closer in alarming speed. I screamed and everything around me turned black again.
