Of the two Fine sisters, Chloe was absolutely the more sentimental and emotional. But there comes a time when sentiment and emotion will only get you so far. It was very rare that they got results. It was this mindset that had Chloe leaving Riverside Correctional just fifteen minutes after she’d arrived. With tears still drying on the side of her face, she went back to HQ.
