The media house was a large busy office, it was a hive of activity, with people bustling about, phones ringing and printers whirling.
As Jim entered the office, the eyes of everyone in the room turned to him. The room fell silent. All eyes fixed on the imposing figure. Kate blood ran Cold as she recognized as she realized the man standing in front of her was Jane's husband and she knew that things were about to get very complicated.
Just as she was trying to think of what to say, Jim cuts her off "I need to see your boss, where's he?" He demanded.
Kate tried to keep her voice leveled as she asked, "do you have an appointment with Mr Ruiz?" She knew that it was unlikely that Jim had an appointment, but she had to try.
