Chapter Eleven Jasper Opting out of spending the night at the bar, I’d stayed home, hoping that Tiffany would call. I didn’t want her to think I was some kind of a barfly. She needed to know that I could be the kind of man a woman could bring her kid around—or baby—or whatever age her kid was. The age thing bothered me like crazy, so I’d decided to go down to the Dairy King. I wasn’t going to leave until I had at least one answer to the one question that wouldn’t leave me alone: How old is Tiffany’s kid?
