Ch 26 2 years

Chapter 26

•3rd POV•

“It was a pleasure working with you” the other man nodded pulling on his trench coat and walked out of the warehouse with his payment in the slightly heavy suitcase a smirk playing at his lips at the vampire stupidity.

He pulled out his walkie “Move in” He walked towards his car and pulled out his keys opening the passenger door and sat down pulling out and lighting a smoke. In the warehouse, the group of vampires rejoiced because they got their fix.

The Oldest vampire grabbed the bag and cut it open slightly pouring out some of its contents “Let's see just how strong this s**t is” the other man nodded with an eager smile adorning his face fangs visible at their excitement “I don’t see why not I was starting to have withdrawals” they split the mound and he called over the 5 other men who moved in eagerly to take a hit. 

The coke they inhaled did little to the vampires but this mix was so strong it gave them the high they were searching for unbeknownst to them to figures flashed by in the shadows

the older vampire's body trembled at the sensation of finally having his fix. He slammed his door open and his sight blurring slightly as he looked to his victim “Pity you had quite the doll face too bad I never got the chance to have a taste” his eyes went wide he could no longer see the woman they had held captive.

How did that b***h get away!

“Verga!” then the lights went out he heard the numerous f***s and shits were heard as he ran back out to where the others were.

They thought it was the council that finally heard of their misbehavior, alarmed they began to gather their stuff. “What about the girl?” as one of them asked in a panic the leader sneered “Don’t worry about her the b***h got away before I could have my way with her let’s just get the f**k out of here”

 The sky was dark and the night was silent all could be heard was the sound of heavy footsteps accompanied by heavy breathing as they tried to swallow air.

The men ran with vigor as they made their way through the empty lots of the abandoned building parking lot lights began to flicker they saw blur flash by and then one of the lights went out. Their eyes widened and then another light went out one by one the lights went out as causing them to run faster.

Then suddenly one of the men was tackled down and all that was heard was a strangled scream and the tearing of flesh. They began to run to the other end of the parking lot like moths to a flame avoiding the dark areas because that was where the danger lurked.

As the drug began to take effect it somehow made them slower and lessen their senses causing them to fear the dark, anxiety gnawing at their deepest fears.

 As the lights continued to go out The oldest Vampire could hear his comrades being taken out each one meeting a painful death as he heard their final moments ring through the night. He reached a dead end and watched as two blurs began to take out the last of the lights leaving him against a wall breathing heavily.

His vision began to spin and the anxiety of the situation began to eat at him, his breathing grew heavier as he saw two pairs of eyes gleaming in the darkness.

One of the pairs of eyes were glowing Green and the other pair was a glowing amber and silver the eyes began to move in different directions and he could no longer hold in his plea “spare me please!” 

The Green pair of eyes tilted to the side “And why should we?” then the bicolored ones narrowed slightly “Why so you could continue to r**e and bleed dry defenseless humans?” his anxiety consumed him as they began to inch closer and the lights begin to flicker and in a flash, the green eyes were right in front of him “Have mercy” he screamed a hand slammed onto his neck.

The different colored eyed one said “Oh like the mercy you showed the humans?” the green-eyed one's eyes were void of emotion as her hand plunged into his chest and tearing out his heart. He let out a strangled scream and then his lifeless body fell to the ground and the different colored eyed one began wiping the remnants of the blood off her hands and then pulled out her walkie

“The targets have been eliminated were heading back over Xi” the green-eyed one stood there staring at the dislodged heart

How amusing she thought

“Let’s go Xo, Xi’s waiting in the car”

She dropped the heart and turned away wiping her bloodied hand on her soiled shirt

even trash like them have hearts

“Yeah let’s burn this place down” she sighed as they picked up the gas cans they had placed nearby before they attacked. Popping off the caps of gasoline jugs pouring out the contents to the ground as she began to sing

“Deck the ground with gasoline” walking towards the exit and Stacy continued as she did the same splashing the walls

“Light a match and watch them gleam!” rather cheerfully getting to the exit

“Watch this s**t burn down to ashes” they both lit matches and tossed them to the building and sang in perfect sync

“Aren’t you glad we play with matches” and the old chemical processing building burst into flames

Xoila sighed as she thought about the report she needed to fill out for the council as she grabbed Stacy’s hand turning to look at her and said “Let’s go to the car by the time the humans get here there will be nothing left” 

Stacy happily nodded and they went to the Black Challenger sliding in. Xi smirked and put the car to drive “We gotta hurry to a hotel to rest for the night” then Stacy said as he drove down the empty alleys “Why? I'm sure we can get home in less than 2 hours if we leave now?” she glanced at Xoila who simply shrugged as he then pulled into the main street. He then took a left and went towards a nearby hotel and parked the car

“Well as a human who has been awake for 36 hours I can’t help but need sleep, but anyways here" He reached to the passenger side "put these on so we can go inside” Both girls nodded pulling off the bloodied shirts and then pulling on the clean ones after wiping their faces

“I’ll get a double room so that you two can share a bed and I can get one all to myself” They both nodded and got out of the car. Xipil got out as well and closed the door and walked in “Hello I would like to get a double bedroom for the night.” there was a few humans scattered around giving them curious and lustful gazes.

The blonde receptionist looked up her eyes scanned Xipil, she smirked and leaned over the counter pushing up her breast “Mhm you’re in luck handsome I have one more room available can I get your ID and 120$ please” Stacy rolled her eyes and Xoila let out a tired sigh Xipil pulled out the money and Identification and paid for the night. The receptionist took the money ringing him up and put it in her cash drawer handing him the receipt and ID

“Give me a call if your gonna need anything else” as he got the key from the hooded eyed female that gave him a suggestive look. Xipils face remained emotionless as put an arm around Stacy and Xoilas shoulders “I don’t think I will. Have a good night” she scowled at the gesture and they walked away.

When they got to the room Stacy burst into laughter “What a wh0re” Xoila cackled as she sat on a stool “I would have loved to see how Zinna would have handled that” Xipil made a grim face “I honestly don’t think I want to bail her out of jail again” and with that, they burst into a fit of laughter. He sighed “I'm serious she almost became a gang leader in the short time she was there”

The girls laughed even harder and then he said “I'm heading to my room goodnight” they laughed a little longer and then Stacy said “You mind if I’ll shower first” Xoila shook her head and Stacy went into their shared room Xoila got up walking in right as Stacy headed into the bathroom. 

Xoila looked at the digital clock the time read 11:20 pm just a few more minutes she thought as she pulled off her clothes and then wrapped a towel around her body.

She went to sit on the double bed turning on the TV and surfing through channels until she finally landed on Teen Titans which she left playing watching it but not paying attention. 20 minutes later Stacy walked out with a towel wrapped around her body

“Your turn I left the water running” Xoila simply nodded and stood walking into the bathroom. She pulled the towel off and washed off the dried blood lathering the soap on her tired muscles. 

15 minutes later she walked out of the shower shutting off the water and grabbed her towel wrapping it around her body. She saw Stacy who had her hair up in a messy bun laying on her stomach sprawled on the bed wearing a clean t-shirt with the 5SOS logo on it and some cute velvet shorts. She looked away from the TV and said: “Xi bought you some clothes too he brought them over while you were in the shower”

she looked to her left and saw her clothes in a neat pile. She nodded and walked over and Stacy turned back towards the TV which had the Amazing World of Gumball playing.

Xoila picked up the clothes and pulled on the undergarments, she pulled on the deep red running shorts that fit her a little snug due to her hips and then pulled on her black t-shirt that had Venoms face on it and couldn’t help but smirk at the sight.

Stacy Stretched and then looked back at Xo “Hey Xo Xipil said to come out when we were ready” Xoila nodded and then pulled on her socks and the complimentary slippers.

Stacy stood up too and opened the door as they both walked out they came face to face with the steaming pepperoni pizza, a 2-liter bottle of Sprite, and a small Chocolate marvel cake with candles on it.

They looked over and saw Xipil standing to their right with two bags and a rare smile on his face “Happy 18th birthday you two” they both smiled and ran over to hug him. He dropped the bags and hugging them back “Sorry you two are stuck with me but just wait till we get home”

they both hugged him happily and smiled Xoila said “Thank you Xi” then Stacy said “Come on dude you know your cool” he chuckled and said “Well let's dig in and head to sleep, we have to check out before 11 am tomorrow” they nodded and smiled heading to sit down

The following morning they gathered their things and went to check out Stacy was wearing her new white 5SOS hoodie over her 5SOS shirt, some black leggings she got from Xi, and her Nike boots. Xoila was wearing a black Nirvana hoodie over her Venom shirt with black leggings that she got from Xi and her checkered vans.

Xipil was wearing black jogger sweatpants and a white long sleeve that said basic math sprawled on the front with his blue high top Pumas. His hair was being held back by a blue butterfly clip while both girls had messy buns It was 10:30 am and they were all ready to head home. The blond bimbo from last night had a frown on her face as she took the room key back and they all walked out back to the car. 

They left Oakland from 14th St and Castro St and Followed the freeway to an exit that leads them to Sonoma County, they took the 522 from there and continued on the freeway. After 3hrs and some singing later they finally got to Mendocino they drove into the woods where the warehouse was located.

Over the last 2 years, they had finally renovated the warehouse making it the packs HQ and event hall. They drove past HQ heading towards the packhouse where the unmated werewolves were living and headed towards Xipils house. Like many families that wanted privacy or a more serene area to raise their pups, there was houses here and there scattered within the pack's territory a little ways from and around the packhouse.

Oris’s black Range Rover was parked in front of Xi’s house, two cars with gray covers over them, the Alphas Black Mercedes Benz, and Zen’s Silver BMW X5. Xipil finally parked his Black Challenger Next to Zinnias blue Durango and they all got out stretching their legs and stepping onto the pale blue houses veranda.  

Xipil pulled out his house keys and open the door, he was soon tackled by a very happy Margarita (Mago) who squealed “Daddy you're home!” and little Magnolia who crawled over and then clung to his leg mumbling “Pa” he smiled and picked them both up walking in. Xoila and Stacy soon followed and closed the door following Xi's scent and walking into the dining room greeted by a “Happy Birthday!” from multiple voices.

They surveyed the room and saw Oris smiling with two gift bags in his hands, Zen who was holding a very pregnant Ramon that was holding two gifts bags with a shy smile on his face, a pregnant Zari who was holding her 1-year old son Roman who had her red hair and his papa’s hazel green eyes who was behind them holding Zari’s Shoulder and two pouches in his other hand, and finally Zinna who was walking in with a cake.

“Holy shoot thank you guys,” said a very happy Stacy, and then Mago jumped out of Xipils arms and hugged Xoila and Stacy’s legs “Happy Brufday!” they both knelt and hugged her back “Thank you,” Said Xoila who smiled and looked to everyone “Thank you guys” everyone smiled at them and then Xoila said “Can I hold Magnolia” Xipil nodded and handed her over.

The night was filled with happiness and laughter they ate the food Zinna had made and then it was time to open their presents each one received new hoodies from Zen and Ramon that had some brand new studio beats headphones and phone cases wrapped in the hoodies. Stacy’s brand new 5SOS hoodie had the word Youngblood on it, her beats were peach and purple color and the guys had gotten her a pineapple phone case.

Xoila had some classic black and red beats and a cactus phone case, and a G-Eazy hoodie that had the words The beautiful and the damned they got iPhones 8’s Pluses from Oris who said: "These devices were overdue cause you guys can't always mindlink in human-populated areas". From Zari and Memo who kept his word and continued to make Zari happy gave them each a pouch that contained a key which caused them to rush outside.

Stacy had gotten a gorgeous silver convertible Buick and Xoila got a drop-top red 4x4 Jeep Wrangler they both jumped with joy at the wondrous gifts. Tackling Memo into a hug and then Zari in a much more gentle one and giving everyone else their well-earned hugs as well.

They ate all the delicious food that Zinna had made and thanked her for the matching necklaces she got them. They played with the Mago and looked after Roman and Magnolia, after switching with Xi they talked to Zen and Ramon asking about baby names for their soon to be born pup

"We haven't really given it much thought we still don't know what the baby's gender is?" and then Zari said "Why not pick a unisex name that way it will suit the baby just fine" the girls nodded in agreement leaving them to discuss it with Zari.

Then they were pulled aside by the Alpha who wanted to know about their latest mission giving their report on the rogue Vampires they had taken care of.

They all talked quietly but not quite enough seeing as they got a Scolding from their Luna Zari who said: "You guys shouldn’t be talking about work it's your birthday." and they didn't argue because they knew better and all apologized sheepishly.

 After becoming Members of Circo De La Rosa the pack of shifters who as the humans knew them fearsome mafia dealt with drugs, weapons. and showed no mercy. To the supernaturals, they were the newfound protectors of order very similar to what the humans called the special forces but more brutal to those who went against the council's peace treaty amongst species.

Everyone got assigned a post as soon as the pack became official Xoila and Stacy became the pack's best hitmen in the whole pack whereas Zen became the pack Delta. Xipil was known as the Gamma as the pack's top warrior who even tho he was human he wouldn't let the wolves look down on him but being mated to a wolf meant your strength and speed would only be greater than 5 regular human men.

Oris being Memo's right-hand man was the pack's Beta and would take over when Memo would get too distracted swooning over his Luna. 

They all worked for De la Rosa their Alpha who finally got a Seat with the supernatural council who after years of distrust accepted Cuauhtemoc as a true pack Alpha.

The council saw that with the trust of over 500 shifters he was as strong as they were unpredictable. Some council members were against it saying that the shifters should be exiled or forced to disband and live as rouges but seeing as the Shifters loyalties lie only with De La Rosa they had no choice but to accept.

Shifters are known to be hard to control and De La Rosa gave them all a place where they could be with others like themselves learning control from the high-ranking wolves. 

These last 2 years were great everyone adapted as well to pack life and would help Xipil train the pack. Zen would take over while the three of them were away and would get help from Oris who gladly put everyone through heavy training.  

Finally getting the start over they wanted and just turning 18 the girls couldn’t help but feel a bit hollow as they started to wonder on their way home in their brand new cars
