Priyanka Singh is getting ready to host a dinner party at her house. Her maid Mrs. Dsouza is helping her. Priyanka seemed uneasy. Mrs. Dsouza asked her what's troubling her mind. Priyanka showed a letter to Mrs. Dsouza & said: " this came in today." Dsouza asked about what the letter says. Priyanka answered that someone threatened her to back off the project she's been working on or there would be dire consequences. Dsouza told her that she should go to the police. Priyanka said "No, I have many rivals in the real estate business. They're unhappy because I got the tender from the government, they didn't. But I would not back off. And I certainly wouldn't go to the police for some silly letter. Don't worry, nothing is going to happen! I want to talk to you about something else." "What is it, madam?" asked Mrs. Dsouza. "What do you think of Ritesh Ahuja?" "He is a nice young man. Wait, why are you asking? Did he ask you out?" Priyanka said he has & she said she will go with him on a date. "That's so sweet. You guys will be great together. I am so excited & happy for you." "Thank you," said Priyanka. Mrs. Dsouza loves Priyanka as her own daughter. She took care of Priyanka after her parents died in a car crash fifteen years ago. So she couldn't shake the words of the letter, the way Priyanka did. But she didn't say anything about it either. Priyanka is in a good mood, she didn't want to ruin it. Priyanka asked her to choose what she should wear for the party. Mrs. Dsouza told her to wear the midnight blue evening gown, with the diamond earrings and diamond necklace. Priyanka thanked her and Mrs. Dsouza left the room. After a few minutes, she came downstairs to the living room. Nilesh, her secretary came & told her that everything is ready. This a party of ten, she never threw grand parties. The guests are beginning to arrive and are seated in the living room. The prominent guests are Mr. & Mrs. Ahuja along with their son Ritesh Ahuja, who are in the same business as Priyanka. Faisal Khan, a business columnist, Smith, an antique dealer, Doctor Pradip Mishra, a family doctor, and friend. They are chatting, having a glass of Pinot Noir, laughing, listening to the playlist, when Gokul, one of the help announced that the food is ready. The guests then went into the dining hall. On the way, Ritesh caught up with Priyanka, & said, " You are looking absolutely stunning!" " Thank you, you are looking handsome," said Priyanka. Ritesh smirked, " I know that." Priyanka, " Jerk." Ritesh, " Your jerk." Ritesh " I have told my parents about us dating." Priyanka " I have told Mrs. Dsouza. What did your parents say?" Ritesh " They're happy for us. What about Mrs. Dsouza?" Priyanka " She gave me her blessing." Ritesh " Are you free on this Friday?" Priyanka " Yes, why?" Ritesh " I am thinking about making a reservation on the new Thai restaurant for the two of us. I have heard their food is excellent." Priyanka " Have you ever dined there with other dates? You can tell me, you know. We haven't started dating yet, we're not a couple. I wouldn't say anything." Ritesh " I never dined there." Priyanka " So, you had other dates. What happened? None of them are good for you?" Ritesh " Priyanka!" Priyanka " What! Gee relax, I am just kidding. But have you ever tried Thai cuisine?" Ritesh " No. But I am going to try it. What about you?" Priyanka " I love Thai food. But Thai food can be pretty spicy. Can you handle that?" Ritesh " Yeah, I think I can. Then we can watch a movie together." Priyanka " Sounds romantic." Ritesh " But there's a condition" Priyanka " What condition?" Jitesh " If the date night goes well, you have to kiss me, & promise me that will go with me again on a second date. If it goes sideways, you can punish me, any punishment of your choosing." Priyanka laughed "Ok. Now go enjoy the dinner with the rest of them." A long black glass table has been set. The china plates, napkins, forks and knives, glasses placed on the table. Today's cuisine is French cuisine. They served puff pastry shells as the appetizer, Lyon styled chicken with vinegar sauce as a main course and Tulipes as dessert. The guests are talking about the places they've been. After a while, they left. Then the help dined & cleaned everything. They lock the doors & everyone went to their room to sleep. Priyanka came to her room, closed the door but she didn't lock the door because she has a fear of being locked up in her own room, changed into night wears, took a sleeping pill with a glass of water. Then she went to sleep. While she was sleeping, she couldn't know that it is raining heavily outside. She also couldn't know that someone turned the doorknob, came into her room. Two people entered. One is holding a knife, he stabbed her once. Then he handed the knife to another person, who took it & stabbed her repeatedly. She couldn't scream. Then they ran. No one in the house could know, what's just happened.
