Resignation
Audrey hesitated in front of Blank Multimedia’s CEO’s office, holding a rather think envelope in her hands. It was getting late and she had worked several hours straight, even through her lunch break. Now, all that was left to do was hand in her resignation letter. She swallowed the lump in her throat and tapped on the thick wooden door. “Come in!” Rang Mister Jacques voice. Audrey winced as his usual friendly and polite tone floated through the thickness of the door. She could only imagine how much of a shock this would be for him. She twisted the handle and swung it open, just wide enough to permit her entry. “Ah, Audrey, my dear. I thought you would have left by now.
