“Alexis honey it's not what it looks like, I wanted to tell you months ago but your mother said not to.” Damon said with an on edge tone 

“What is there to tell me you're cheating on your mother but I don't blame you? Her attitude is horrendous but that doesn't mean you mess around behind her back.” Alexis snaps

Damon moves from behind his desk ushering his assistant out of his office, “I'm not cheating i would never do that to your mother….” Damon starts taking a long pause

“Me and your mother got a divorce.”Damon finished 

“When did that happen and why didnt you tell me i have so many questions i dont know where to start.”Alexis rambled 

“How about you come over to the house with whomever these young men are and me and you mother will tell you everything, and before you say anything about your mother having a problem with it i'll talk to her right now.” Damon stated 

“You know dad I would hug you but you need to wash that hoe off of you, see you tonight and is it a dress code like old times?” Alexis asked

“Theme color is red.”Damon replied 

Alexis takes Gabriels and Leos hand and walks out of her dads office, walking past the receptionist dest Alexis hears a howling sound and turnes to see a group of women staring at Gabriel. She lets go of the boys’ hands and tells them to head to the car.

Alexis walkes over to the women leaving very little space between them.

“Do we have a problem ladies?” Alexis askes 

“No, but we do have a question: who was that hunk of a man you were leaving with?” lady one askes 

“He is my husband and that little boy that you obviously didnt see was our son.”Alexis replied 

“How did you get a hunk of a man like that? You were always  a loud bitchy little thing.” Lady two said biting her lip

“Well just know that I have him and he's here to stay.” Alexis said finishing the conversation

Once they made it home Alexis pulls out Gabriels and leos matching red button down dress shirt, black slacks, shiny black lofers and black leather jacket and lays it on the bed. 

Message to Gabriel:

Alexis: I layed you and Leos outfits for tonight on the bed be ready ill meet you outside when im ready.

Gabriel: Ok are you okay, you havent said anything since we left your dads office?

Alexis: I'm fine just nervous, bring your gun just in case.

Alexis puts down her phone and gets in the shower washing the leftover streaky makeup and her sweaty hair, after her shower she dryes her hair puts on her long sleeve red wrap dress,leather jacket , leather thigh high heels, put her hair in a slicked back bun and a matte red lip.

she walks down the stairs and out the door when she hears her phone ringing from her pocket.

“Hello?”Alexis asked 

“Its Samson, I found who is behind the texts.”Samson replied 

 “okay who is it and do you think you can handle it while we are here because I have some family business to handle?”Alexis asked 

“Yes I can, but boss lady, do you know somebody named Blake?”Samson asked

“She's an ex coworker, she is the reason I got fired.” Alexis replied 

“Well she is also working with the gangs rat Im still working on who i think is  behind it though.”Samson said 

“Ok tell me when you get her and don't do anything with her i want to handle her when we get back just go through her phone, and Samson don't tell anyone not even Gabriel.” Alexis stated

“I got you boss lady.” Samson replied

After what felt like an hour ride Alexis Gabriel and Leo make it to Alexis’s parents house and knock on the door. Ariana opens the door looking Alexis up and down stopping her gaze at the ring on her finger, she spins around walking back to the kitchen rolling her eyes.

“You know you didn't have to get her a fake ring to prove to me that you're married. I really dont believe that that fine hunk of a man married a skank like you, take your little family into the dining room and don't steal anything.” Ariana yelled through the house

Alexis takes Leo and Gabriels hand and leads them to the dining room, Gabriel pulls out her chair and squats down in front of her placing his hand on her knee and the other lifting her chin.

“You know we don't have to stay if it's bringing back many horrible memories.” Gabriel said softly 

“It's fine, let's get through this, I don't want Leo in an environment like this for too long.”Alexis said, turning her gaze into the kitchen where her mom is prepping the salad.

“Where is dad, i thought he would have been her by now.”Alexis asks 

“He called me twenty minutes before you arrived saying that he's picking up your favorite cake, not that you need your fat all ready.” Ariana said bitterly 

“My mommy is not fat you witch!” Leo yelled at Ariana

“Aww the brat can talk and he has a stuttering problem like his mother too isn't that sweet, why don't you spend money on speech lessons rather than spending it on fake rings or going to get you body.”Ariana snapped

Alexis hopped up angrily passing Leo to Gabriel, marched into the kitchen and shoved Ariana into the wall snatching the knife out of her hand. She puts her four arm on her throat pinning her to the wall.

“What gives you the right to talk to my son like that? I get that you feel like you can poke at my imperfections like you've done to me for years but you will not make my son feel any less than the perfect child he is. I will not allow this disrespect towards me and my family at all, not a second more. and the fact that you think it's ok to do so you can make yourself feel better is pathetic. I have always felt as though i wasnt pretty enough to fit into you little box and description of what a women should be like and i am done. I really dont understand why my father put up with you bullshit for all these years.”Alexis yelled

“Now I won't cause you any harm but if you think  you can say one more degrading thing about my son. I will not hesitate to slit your throat.” Alexis said calmly removing her arm 

At that moment  Damon walks into the house carrying red velvet cupcakes and butter pecan ice cream. 

“Whats going on here.”Damon questions 

“Nothing here daddy just me and mommy having a conversation.”Alexis said softly kissing him on the cheek 

After a while they all finish eating and walk to the living room and Leo falls asleep in Alexis’s lap. Alexis and Gabriel sit a cross from her parents holding hand and her legs shaking.

“We first want to apologize for keeping this from you for years and want you to understand that we only did this for you, we also want to say that we want you to drop the charges against Ricco.” Damon started
