I watched and waited. I was asked all sorts of questions on arrival. They didn't ask me the one question I was waiting for. “ Are you hungry?” I leaned on the desk of the facility owner. She tensed up. I scoffed. “ You're scared?” She sat right and straightened her coat. “ I'm hungry.” She stared at me. I did too. No one blinked. After a minute or two, a doctor walked into the office. Our little game was disrupted. I turned to look at the person. I saw the name tag. “Lara Clark.” I got up slowly. I was hungry and I could pass out any minute. “ You're Lara Clark?” She frowned. I slowly walked around her. People always said I have a very deathly aura. When I first heard it, I thought they couldn't spell. I thought it was supposed to be deadly. Until a guy said I have the aura of death. Funny right. “ I have been meaning to see you.” I said. She smiled at me “ Let's talk then.” I paused. “ Do you know why I agreed to come to this facility?” She shook her head. “ I came to kill you.” The owner’s pen dropped. “Cinematic isn't it? “ I thought and smiled. But she was not afraid. I know. She thinks I'm a joke. Lara laughed. “ I think it's time for you to go for a correction.” I walked towards her and looked her in the eye. Then I saw it. I smelled it. She was afraid. Her eyes trembled. Her body was tense. Most importantly, the veins on her neck strained. I smiled at her. “ You won't die now.” I moved away from her. “ Food?” I nodded
