Chapter 1

Chris pov

“Cut” I hear the director shooting

“We have it,” he says and I walk to my chair. Finally, this was the last scene from my new movie. After about one hour all my makeup and my fair are back to normal and I wearing my clothes. We say our goodbyes and I drive to my house. A mansion was not too big but enough to have a family here one day. If I have the one that will make me feel complete. My phone rang and I saw my friend Daniel.

“Hey Dany”

“Hi. You done?”

“Yes a few hours ago,” I say laughing

“Good. Friday I want you with me. Don’t say no. The last two times you cancel it” I sigh, he is right. The last year I have not gone out much. I rather stay home and watch old movies or read. When I’m out girls and boys flirt with me almost shamelessly. Expect the true fans who approached me to want an autograph and take a picture with me, the others want something else. And it was fun the first years but not anymore. Why can’t a decent and remarkable girl approach me? But now that I’m thinking if is a decent girl she will not make the first move. Now but to Dany

“Ok. I will come this time. But I’m not staying long”

“OK ok. Just come for one drink to see you with the guys and then you return home”

“OK. Text the address of the clubs and I will be there”

“OK take care. Bye,” he says and he ends the call.

“Chris welcome. Have you eaten?” My maid Linda asks me. I have had her for years to take care of me and the house

“No Linda. I ate with the people from the movie. I’m good”

“Ok. Your mother called”

“Ok. I will call her back. If you finish you can go rest too”

“Goodnight Chris”

“Goodnight, “ I say and I walk to my bedroom. After I finished my shower I lay on the bed and soon sleep came. The next day I woke up early. For a few days, I don’t have anything to do so I can stay home and relax. The filming was about four months so now I can rest and relax before all the promo things start. This year is the first Christmas that I can do whatever I can. I asked my manager to leave me free, and for the last ten years every Christmas holiday I had something to do. Filming, promotions, interviews. This year I asked for work off. The last interview that is organized is two days before Christmas. After that, I’m free for one month.

“Hey Linda”

“Hi. Are you hungry? I have your breakfast in the oven”

“Yes. Thank you” I say and I take the plate.

“You have plans today?”

“No Linda. I’m staying home. And probably and the next days. Only Friday night I’m going out. Dany celebrates his promotion.”

“He took it?”

“Yeah”

“Good for him,” she says and she left the kitchen to go fix my bedroom.

The next days went like this. I work out, watch TV, read, and rest. Until Friday came. Dany called three times in the morning to make sure that I was going. I call my security team that I will be out for the night so someone is a discreet presence at the club. I wear black pants and a royal blue shirt.

Alex my driver is driving to the club and I text Dany that I’m on my way. He texts back to tell me where they are sitting. I arrived and I walked to the club. I waved to the people that they were there and I entered the club. Lio my guard is accompanied to the VIP table. Suddenly a girl falls on me and I catch her by her waist so she does not fall. Her hands grab my arms and she apologizes, the music is loud but I hear her

“It’s fine. Are you ok?” I asked and when she lifted her head I saw the most beautiful girl I had ever seen in my life. Her hair is dark red I don’t see it clearly because is dark. I think ginger hair. Her eyes I think are light brown maybe honey. She smiles and I don’t think I have ever seen so a beautiful and true smile in my life.

“Yes. Thank you” she says and takes her arms from my arms but my hands are still on her waist

“I’m sorry again. I was going back to my table and someone pushed me” she says clearly embarrassed

“It’s ok. I’m glad I catch you” I say with a laugh. She looks so comfortable and relaxed around me. Maybe she hasn’t recognized me yet. She smiles again and then she looks at me better. I guess she knows me now

“Sir we have to start walking,” Lio says in my ears. I look at him and I nod. Then I see the beautiful girl again

“You are Chris Blake right?” I laugh

“Yes, and you are?”

“I’m Lily. Nice to meet you in person” she says and she leaves from arms giving her hand for a shake.

“I have to go back to my friends. Thanks for you know, you catch me” she says laughing

“No problem. Any time” I say and we both laugh. She walks to her table and I see her as she walks. She wears a sequin romper, she looks so sexy in this. With Lio, we walked to the VIP area, and thank God I could see Lily from there.

“You ok man?” Dany asks me after our orders

“Yeah, why?”

“Since you came you haven’t talked and you always look someone down there”

“Yeah. I fell to a girl as I was coming here”

“And? She must have something special. If you look at her”

“She is,” I say looking at her stand up and walking to the dance floor. I watch how she moves her body to the music. f**k she is so sexy and I believe she doesn’t see it.

“Who is she?” Dany asks and the other two, Noah and Matt lean to hear me

“The girl with the sequin romper. Who dances with the girl in the red dress”

“Oh, she is hot. And so her friend” Dany says and I agree. Also, her friend is beautiful but my eyes see only Lily. If she continues to dance like that I’m going to c*m on my pants.

“Go dance with her,” Matt says

“You like her. Go dance and then have a drink with her to getting know her” Noah continues and the other two nod their heads. I don’t have to lose anything. I take a sip from my drink and I walk downstairs to the dance floor. I walk closer and I see her friend looking at me, Lily has her back to me. When I was right beside her she turned around to look at me. She looks suprised but she smiles, I lean into her ear and I say

“Dance with me” She looked at me frozen but she managed to nod her head. Soon I see her blushing, I didn’t know that they are girls these days they blush. Maybe this girl is different.
