Zac
Ever since his conversation with Commander Apollo, Zac had been worrying. Could he be bonded to Louise and if so, could she be pregnant? Would it make her happy or put an unwanted wedge between them?
As the ship was now in orbit around the planet, allowing the Lieutenant to do his scans, there wasn’t much to keep Zac occupied. So, his mind kept pondering these questions over and over again. He kept glancing at the time, willing his duty shift to end and the next shift to arrive so that he could rush off and speak to Louise and take her to see the Doc.
He watched the time tick by slowly making the occasional course corrections to keep them in orbit around the planet. As the end of his shift approached, he kept glancing to the doors willing them to open and the new bridge officers
