As Jace and Kade entered the bridge, they heard the Lieutenant call “Captain on the bridge!”
Seeing Commander Travail rise from the captain’s chair and move to one side, Jace approached him “Thank you for coming on duty earlier, Commander Travail. Kade as the Commander is here, why don’t you take the other women back to the cargo hold and then get some food and rest?” he finished speaking as he sat in his now vacant chair.
Kade countered “What about you? Are you going to eat and rest?”
Jace looked at his brother, “I can’t rest whilst something is causing harm to people on board my ship.”
