(Alex’s POV)
We left the drow warrior alone after her capture yesterday. Doc Thompson paid her a visit and took care of her wounds. He said she asked a lot of questions, mostly about April. He didn’t answer them but he did hold what he called a ‘tense but pleasant’ conversation with her.
I found that rather interesting.
I mean, all of our research led us to understand they aren’t exactly social creatures. Not with outsiders, anyway. All I can think is that the warrior thought she’d get something out of the Doc by seeming to be socializing with him. I suppose it would work on some people but we actually train our medical staff on how to, and how not to, interact with detainee’s.
Unfortunately, Doc Thompson doesn’t have the ability to hear others' thoughts so he couldn’t do that with h
