(April’s POV)
This can’t be happening. It makes no sense!
Wolves don’t suffer from heart issues. Our healing abilities don’t allow for it. In fact, we don’t suffer most human ales. Something is very wrong here and I’m going cr*zy trying to seem calm for Alex’s sake.
He’s so anxious all he’s doing is pacing and making everyone else even more edgy. We all understand why he’s pacing so no one really wants to stop him but I can see it’s making everyone’s nerves go into a frenzy. “Babe? Come and sit by me. You’re in the way there if they come out to talk with us.” I told him as gently as possible as I took his hand and began to guide him to the chair by me.
“I need some air.” He said suddenly and stepped out of the room instead. All I could do was give my Dad and the others a helpless look
