“So what do we need to do now, Ag?” I asked. Whatever needed to be done, we had to find a way to do it without alerting Ate for as long as possible. She’s no fool, so eventually she’ll put together how we’ve been getting around her abilities. Once she does, it won’t be long until she realizes who we are. So we need to move fast, but we also need to be cautious.
The gang is very well aware of this fact. Aside from Ate, I’ve already made one new enemy here. I’m not looking to make any more.
Yeah, Parker Davies, the vamp from the pawn shop, was not a happy camper. He made the absolutely ins*ne decision to have a go at Alex after we left Raymond’s Pawn Shop earlier. I actually thought for a minute that Raymond himself was going to rip the guy's head off his shoulders.
