I have to admit, I’m one hundred percent sure they’re just f*cking with me. But I’m okay with playing along. Everything I said before to Kraig was the truth, after all. So even if they were somehow being straightforward with me, I’m perfectly okay with taking the oath.
It’s just that I’ve never heard of an oath of fealty that actually gave you some sort of invisible tattoo or super-power before. Not even in the myths, legends, or fairy tales. Which is why I’m having a hard time believing them right now.
