(Alex’s POV)
Roman has been teasing Grant about fitting right in with the ‘geek squad’ for the last three days. Yet, for all his teasing, he hasn’t really left the guys side. He seems utterly fascinated by what Grant is doing.
As for me? I don’t really understand it so I just give him his space to work. Though I will say this, when Grant, Jeremy, and Joey hold a conversation their ‘banter’ can make a guy feel pretty d*mb. I mean, I don’t think I’m a particularly st*pid person. But d*mn if I can understand them half the time.
April understands the words, at least, but she doesn’t know anything more than what she’s read or heard so if they talk about something new to her she’s just as lost as the rest of us. To make matters worse, Grant’s been here for almost two weeks now.
