(April’s POV)
While getting dressed, I thought about what I needed to do. I knew this began a few weeks ago when we were chasing those Drow Elves. And I know my Dad thinks he’s slick, but I caught him thinking about the research he’s been doing. His thoughts actually prompted me to start looking into those ideas as well.
Not that Dad couldn’t handle it, but I was hoping the research would cause a few of my memory-gaps to fill in. Unfortunately, it didn’t. But I did learn a great deal about body snatchers and ghosts.
I also went back over all the stuff on Drow's. One thing about them that stuck out was that they're capable of using magic even though they’re not witches. Arsyss says he can use magic as well.
According to him, they can use it because it’s part of their DNA. Unlike witche
